I stayed here during the holidays for a week and enjoyed my stay and the attentiveness of the staff that I interacted with from the doorman, to the front desk, to housekeeping. Unfortunately I didn’t have the same experience when I had to talk to...More
Well maintained property with excellent service. Mariana Rietmann, of Guest Services & Relations Manager, was exceptional. Great for business travel and will likely come back with my family on a personal trip.

From the moment I stepped from the cab, the bellman identified my name off my luggage and prepared the front desk for my arrival. Quickest and most pleasant check in ever!

Over 400 stores pack the concrete along Michigan Avenue, the eight-block stretch known as Magnificent Mile. This area between Oak Avenue and the Chicago River is more a shopping paradise than a full-out neighborhood. For prime upscale shopping, this is the place to go. It’s busy, energetic, and packed with shoppers. You'll also find hundreds of restaurants and dozens of hotels, all on the mid- to high-end scale.
Some of the city’s most iconic buildings like the Wrigley Building, John Hancock Center and other architectural marvels define the magnificence of this neighborhood.

Although I am sure there are many rooms from which you can see the fireworks (request it), I highly suggest going to see them at Navy pier where you will see a fabulous display. The Four Seasons is right by the Hancock Building which boasts great views also. Don't miss Buckingham fountain or Millennium Park during your stay. You can walk to so many wonderful Chicago sights and the consierge will be happy to help you.
