We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Four Seasons Chicago. We had a lakeside executive suite that offered plenty of room and fantastic views that we all were able to comfortably enjoy from the room's large window seats. The hotel provided the boys with kid-sized bath robes and toiletries which made them feel especially welcomed. The pool is fantastic and...

We had the privilege of staying four nights at Four Seasons. We have never stayed in a more accommodating, elegant hotel. Our room was emaculate, the view amazing, and the staff went beyond the call of duty to make sure our stay was perfect. To be honest, we had considered staying more conservatively- but our five year old grandson( who...

Stayed one night for birthday weekend in Chicago. First time at Four Seasons. High floor, awesome view of Michigan Ave. Quiet. Large room with separate sitting room. Huge bathroom, but shower tiny and leaked all over floor. Location is awesome. Hotel bar classy. Staff amazing.

This was our fourth visit to the FS resort in Chicago and it just keeps getting better. As a city Chicago has a lot to offer in terms of luxury hotels but the FS takes the top spot (from competitors like the Trump, Waldorf Astoria and the Ritz Carlton). The art collection in the Lobby is outstanding. The rooms have...

Great room with a lovely view of Lake Michigan. Excellent service. I wish I could have stayed more than one night. My room was available at noon which was extremely helpful for business purposes. Room service came very fast. Food was overpriced but tasty.
