This hotel is gorgeous! The customer service is top notch. My room is beautiful and very clean. The bathrooms are really nice. The lobby is stunning. I'm on the 38th floor and the view is amazing. I will definitely stay here every time I'm in Chicago from here on out. A++++

My husband and I had an amazing stay. It began from the time our driver dropped us off at the front door. We were treated like royalty the entire time. We usually stay at the James Hotel when we're downtown...but we've decided to make the Four Seasons hotel our choice every time. Thanks for the personal attention and warmth throughout...

Had a quick stay at this Four Seasons - great location yet just outside of the touristy area. Rooms are very nice and the views are fantastic. Just steps from several excellent restaurants. Valet, front desk, concierge, bell service, bar - everyone provided me with a fantastic service.

The location is superb and the staff is always "Four Seasons". The entrance is off Michigan avenue so it's not quite as congested, the spa and gym are FANTASTIC. Would never pass up an opportunity to stay at this hotel.

Stayed here for a sisters' weekend/40th birthday celebration and the customer service was incredible. Everyone went above and beyond to help us and make our stay as easy and worry free as possible, down to the surprise birthday message at cocktails and dessert without a word from us. We booked treatments at the spa and used the steam room/pool- all...

Great service and welcome experience. Arrived late due to flight deal and treated amazing as I entered the door. The room was well appointed and the amenities were vast. The food is always spectacular at the Four Seasons and this location did not disappoint.

Four Seasons Chicago runs perfectly. It is luxury hotel catering to business travelers, discerning travelers and families. They seamlessly integrate children into the stay but it is not a place where you will feel the children's presence. The playroom is unparalleled. F&B is top notch, rooms have the very best views. We also love Allium. Home away from home!

Wonderful room, view, service. Best location, décor and overall vibe. Staff is professional, sincere and really buttoned-up. Upgrade to executive suite is worth it; standard bathrooms have a tub/shower combo (based on last stay with a queen/queen when my Mother & I were guests). Only complaint was that bags of "shopping trash" were left in hallway twice and lingered a...
