Clean rooms, attentive staff. I know it is downtown Chicago but an outdoor space would be nice. Great location close to Navy pier. Close walking distance to Michigan Avenue and State street shopping. Breakfast was great. Staff did a great job of keeping things in order even if people and their children didn't bother to clean up behind themselves.

First the good: LOCATION, very close to all the places we wanted to see. Chicago is a very beautiful magnificent city and we walked all over (Navy Pier, Millenium Park, Grant Park, Museum Campus, Magnificent Mile). I even walked to and from Gino's East to get a pie. Parking in Chicago is highway robbery. I knew that going in, but...

These suites are within a 10 walk of Michigan Avenue and the Magnificent Mile. Great double room with lounge along with buffet breakfast and free drink and buffet for two hours in the evening. Will stay again if I ever get the chance to visit Chicago again.

Hotel is in great shape, great Location you have access to all main attractions in Downtown and the Navy Pier within walking distance or with quick access to public transportation of all sorts. Breakfast is very good although time to get an omelet can be annoying they should improve that.. Suites are clean and fresh a really liked my room....

-Breakfast and reception were great, staff serving in these food areas were very hard working and pleasant. - WIFI was very slow and pretty bad, specially on the upper floor (16th floor). - Checkout time is 11AM. We asked for late checkout for 1:00PM. We were told they can only give us one additional hour and checkout needs to be...

Hotel was close to everything. It was expensive and the amenities were average for premium suite. I expected more for premium. Overall it did it's job. I was told I would receive the receipt via email but I have not received it yet. I wasn't provided any details how to access the drinks and snacks which were part of the...

Stayed her for 3 nights and loved the Hotel. Great location - 10 minute walk to Navy Pier and the Magnificent Mile. We had a high floor room with fantastic views of the City and the River in the distance. All staff were friendly and helpful. Self Parking is nearby and easy to use. Evening drinks reception was disappointing -...

I think it was a great hotel! Great pool the kids had fun, great breakfast and over all great service. But at breakfast they ran out of something's if you weren't there early enough. Also the breakfast line took 15 minutes for a single omelet. They should have 2 lines for that. I was so impressed on how the valet...

First Impression & Check-in: A bit confusing! We parked in the underground parking garage attached to the hotel (we paid $41 for just under 24 hours) and had to take one elevator down and then another elevator up to get the lobby to check in. The lobby is beautiful and lived up to its "Sky Lobby" name. The check-in staff...

Staying in Streeterville

Neighbourhood Profile
Streeterville
Streeterville is where visitors head for play at Navy Pier, a pseudo amusement park and development of restaurants, shops, rides, and other activities. You’ll find lots of action and excitement on the docks. Along the pier, you’ll see the statue of the captain for whom Streeterville is named. While you enjoy your fair share of sightseeing at the pier, you can also visit other popular attractions there such as the Chicago Children’s Museum and the Chicago Shakespeare Theater. Off the pier you’ll find more restaurants from low-cost pubs to high-end establishments. Arts and culture aficionados should be sure not to miss the Museum of Contemporary Art.
