The location was convenient, and the staff were friendly. Other than that, there's not a whole more positive things I can say. The rooms are small, and weren't up to my expectation of "clean". Also, the room was cold. They claimed to be "working" on whatever issues they were having, however the temperature never got above 66 degrees our whole...

Staff was exceptional. Roman went above and beyond with customer service, and it made my stay that much better. He was genuinely friendly, inviting, and helpful. He deserves lots of appreciation. The room was perfect and the rates were reasonable. I will continue to come back to this hotel when I'm in Chicago. Thank you!

This place is awesome. Nice location, very confortable. Also the staff is very prestative. The view from the room to the river is amazing. Pedro and Jay where very prestative with us, helping us since we arrived until we departed from the hotel. The location is near almost everything. You can go to the main attractions from the city walking...

I was staying in Chicago for 2 days and stayed at this hotel overnight and it was really nice. The location was close to many restaurants, bars, as well as other places I had planned on visiting. I got the room via Groupon so it wasn't too bad a price and I would stay here again. Tania helped check me...

We usually stay in cheaper hotels but we couldn't find anything decent and cheaper in Chicago during the St. Patrick's day weekend. We were not disappointed! The location couldn't be better, very central and next to where the river dyeing was happening. Endless bars and restaurants around and the famous Michigan avenue is right on the corner. The cherry at...

Found this "wonderful" boutique hotel on groupin and bought. We chose over many others because it looked like a great place in a great location. Have never been more wrong and will never trust a hotel on groupon again and will definitely never recommend this place and intact have told everyone how terrible it is. We had planned to spend...

My husband and I stayed at the River Hotel and was given exceptional service by the hotel manager, Jay Torres. He was very friendly and put a smile on our faces. We had an unpleasant experience at a different hotel earlier that morning so Jay's professionalism and kindness really turned our day around. While there, he was sure to remind...

The location of this hotel can't be beat. Right on the Chicago River and Michigan Ave shopping. The rooms are small - we stayed in a standard room. It had two twin beds. The room was clean. The lobby had a kiosk check in which I couldn't get to operate. A staff member took care of me. The parking is...

I went to Chicago on vacation and found a Groupon for this hotel for about $100 on a Wednesday night. First problem is finding the place. It is very difficult to find especially since they do not have the name of the hotel easily visible. I had booked early and requested a room on a high floor with a view....

Upon arriving to our hotel we were greeted warmly by a friendly door man then proceed to check in where a friendly and helpful gentlemen named Tim took care of us at the desk and set us up with a spacious room with a spectacular view. The stay here really helped make our trip to Chicago amazing and very enjoyable....
