I felt this hotel offered great value for money. It was in a great location for my needs and I was able to walk to restaurants, etc, which coming from a rural area back to my home town was very important to me. The room was very clean and the housekeeping service excellent. Front office staff were excellent during check...

Great place. Excellent customer service! Right next door to the lake, the zoo, the park and good eateries! Nice view, even on January 14th. Great value. Hipster feel! Will be back in the spring or summer!

I have stayed at Hotel Lincoln 3 times (18 days total). The hotel has been consistent over the years. It is clean, the staff is friendly and the location is great. I have always enjoyed getting my morning coffee at Elaine's and then walking across the street for a stroll through Lincoln Park Zoo. If you like to walk, you...

What a great review, bshafer. Thank you for being a repeat guest for so many nights. We sincerely appreciate having you as our guest. You paint a fantastic picture of the kind of experience that we try so hard to create for our guests--minutes from downtown, steps from relaxing Lincoln Park, and home to terrific local options like Elaine's Coffee...

an excellent hotel in Lincoln Park, near the zoo and the park and easily accessible to Second City and other attractions and venues. Pleasant and accommodating staff. Wonderful roof top bar. Weekend brunch buffet was pricey for what was available, which was good but not worth the price.

Great location, very helpful front desk staff that went above and beyond, rooms are funky and cool but heating/cooling system controls could use an upgrade. Weekend breakfast buffet was unimpressive and pricey, especially relative to other great breakfast options within two blocks (Nookies).

Thank you for your constructive feedback, sI1388EY. It's good to hear that you enjoyed your stay with us. The new rooftop breakfast buffet offering is still undergoing some tweaks, so your input is certainly well-received here. Keep us in mind for your next visit to Chicago. We would love to welcome you back!

We wanted to be near Old Town and Lincoln Park Zoo. This place was perfectly place. The building is old and the room is small, but filled with charm and wonderful people. We would stay there again for the charm and location. We looked out over the zoo and loved watching the people enjoying the sunny winter day.

A great place to stay, great neighborhood, great service, great personality but the room was smaller than expected - this wasn't unexpected as the Yelp reviews were accurate - but was expecting a little more room

Location was excellent. Close to Old Town and 2nd City comedy. We were ale to walk to all our sites. Heaters did not work very efficiently. Restaurant was simple but excellent. Great service and food was fresh.

Beautiful and quirky Hotel. It is different than the typical chain hotel. It is worth getting a fun and different experience. It is still luxury quality and service was beyond excellent. And the rates of the rooms are good too. Overall a great hotel at a great value. Restaurants and cafes are excellent too if only a tad expensive.
