We stayed here overnight for a layover. It worked perfect for us. Their shuttle runs every half hour so no worries on getting to and from the airport. The rooms were very nice and spacious. Very clean. We will definitely use this hotel again.

Thank Brandy228
Management response:

Dear Brandy228, Glad you enjoyed your short stay with us and thank you for the positive feedback! Safe Travels! Peter

I chose this hotel because it was close to the airport and had a shuttle. The hotel seemed new and modern and the rooms are large. I think it bills itself as Renaissance Suites, so it did not disappoint. Their were a couple of restaurants on site and a nice bar area downstairs. Would definitely stay here again when coming...

The hotel was adequately equipped and the staff reasonably friendly, but what is it about airport hotels, they all feel the same? Bland, grey and sterile! Having spent two days in conference at the hotel I used most of the facilities and was surprised to find no safe in the bedrooms, the only access to a safe was behind Reception....

Thank HannahCR1973
Management response:

Dear HannahCR1973: I appreciate the feedback regarding your stay. The convenience of guest room safes would be a worthwhile amenity for our guests and something we will look into. Sorry that the design and style of the hotel appears bland but it has been recently renovated and its monochromatic colors are offset by the daylight that streams in through the...

When I arrived at the airport I called the front desk to ask when the shuttle was going to come but they put me on hold for ages twice. After 40 minutes waiting for this shuttle I went back to the terminal and the lady at the information desk tried to call them in vain. After her 3rd attempt she...

Thank Bruno H
Management response:

Dear Mr. Brubo H: My sincere apologies for the poor service you experienced in calling the hotel and waiting so long for our shuttle. It is also disappointing that on hearing your complaint our response was less than genuine. Your feedback will be reviewed with the appropriate employees so improvements can be made in our response time to telephone calls...

I stayed at this property Nov 18-22, 2016 Room 1422. Stylish suite, esp liked the desk, and comfy bed. Fridge, Micro down stairs close to front desk. Parking was OK. My group (140+HS Band) had breakfast in a meeting room which went very well...all staff was very polite and attentive. Special mention to Ishmael at the front desk and dash...

Convenient highway access if your looking for a park & fly hotel. The rooms are updated, has a nice bar and they provide a shuttle to and from the airport. The shuttle driver also drove us to and from Gibsons for dinner which was very nice and made it very convenient .

Thank Aligoo

Dear Aligoo, Thanks for your positive comments regarding your stay. It is always great to share this kind of feedback with our staff. I appreciate your taking the time to share your experience. Regards, Peter

We have booked the Renaissance twice via Park , Sleep, Fly for a pre-flight stay that includes parking while we are out of town. The Renaissance is an all suite hotel which is very nicely and modernly decorated. They are in very close proximity to O'Hare so their shuttles are always easy and quick. The hotel is in close proximity to...

I have to mention that this hotel is overlay good. But if you need to go downtown I do not recommended .The price is good but soooooo far from the city center. That is why I spent a lot of TIME & money for UBER .Always traffic and It takes 40 min to120 min to get there. there is a small Starbucks...

Thank shivaroghaee
Management response:

Dear Shivaroghaee: Sorry you had to spend so much time in traffic getting to downtown Chicago. Located right outside the hotel is an El Blue Line stop with easy access to downtown. It will certainly reduce commuting time and expense. Give it a try the next time your schedule brings you to Chicago. Thanks for your feedback and safe travels....

I have been staying at this hotel 4 different times the past few months and I'm not kidding when I say - it is a fabulous property right near O'hare Airport. What really keeps me coming back however is a few of the excellent employees. 1)Lynzie is the manager at the front desk and she always gives me the same...
