The hotel is very centrally located right off Michigan Avenue. The place is clean thoughout, although the building is quite old. The double hung metal windows give away the age. The beds were comfortable and everything worked including the coffee maker. It was inexpensive and close to what we needed. I don't know where else you can stay for this...

Pretty small rooms with old heavy clunky furniture, was promised a frig in room but there wasnt one and they didn't care and told us to see manager the next to discuss getting our money back. Room was so small the bell cart wouldn't fit into it

Absolutely perfect for the money... and can't beat the location. Ideal if you don't plan spending too much time in the room and risk paying a small fortune, but just right otherwise. I highly recommend.

This hotel is ideal if you plan to do things by the lake. Location is close to navy pier and the McCormick center. There are walking distance bar that are close by such as Buddy Guy's Legend, Bar Louie, and South Loop Club. Parking is across the hotel and diagonal from the hotel. If you park in the Loop Auto...

Thank you for your review. I appreciate all your comments. I did speak to Darren and he told me he was trying to enforce the rule with four persons to a room. This is a City ordinance. I apologize for any confusion.

Close to the Rail transit to Midway Airport, and close to Buddy Guy's Legends. I was happy! Great value too! Very helpful staff and a nice quiet hotel.
