The hotel staff was so friendly and courteous. Very convenient to everything downtown Chicago. Very clean and comfortable. I would recommend this hotel and when I go back I will stay here. I would highly recommend them.

This hotel was getting old and ragged. The relatively recent upgrades and refits did a very nice job. The rooms are still small but are not better laid out (in terms of furniture, etc) and more pleasing to be in. The new exec lounge on the mezzanine level is very nice. A significant improvement over the old one. The problem...

Excellent location on the Magnificent Mile. Close to subway, shopping, loop, tourist sites. Service was excellent-especially Bellperson and concierge. Room was excellent, well appointed, clean, felt new. Bellperson assisted us in getting transportation to Millenium Park. concierge was excellent as well.

Staff was great upon check in. Asked me lots of questions and made me feel comfortable. Room was spacious and clean. When asking front desk on places to eat they recommended local eateries and pubs that fit the atmosphere I was seeking. The breakfast in the Concierge lounges was excellent with friendly staff.

We had a group of 9 that stayed at this hotel for a Bachelorette Weekend, in three rooms. The hotel was very accommodating making sure that our rooms were all located by each other. The rooms were very nice, the lobby bar was great, and the 24 hour cafe was perfect for a group of hungry girls at 2:00 in...

We were greeted in the lobby by Jason who escorted us to the check in counter where Gloria (our new best friend). She made us feel like family as she checked us it! She is the most gracious hotel front desk staff person I ever met! Genuinely interested in your travels and plans and generous with suggestions! She found us...

We loved staying at the Marriott downtown with a great remodeled room that was quiet, clean, and on the top floor with a magnificent lake view. The staff was welcoming and friendly throughout the whole stay ! It was evident that the staff wanted to make our stay great , from the desk staff, to the bellmen, to the cleaning...

Floor to ceiling window overlooking Michigan Ave made the room feel light and spacious. All the usual Marriott amenities and great service, including housekeeping. Executive Lounge on 2nd floor is closed weekends but they offer points (no breakfast vouchers) as compensation. Elevators were fast, as was the wi-fi in the room. No tub in the small bathroom for those who...

I had a very nice stay at the Marriott Magnificent Mile. The hotel is in a great location. I took the blue and then red lines from O’Hare; it was only $5 and I was able to walk to hotel after the Red line. The hotel is steps from Eataly and Big Bowl, (Rush side) and several nice restaurants across...

The hotel is in a great location on Michigan Avenue. That said, my room didn't have a great view of the lake or the skyline which was a bummer. Room was fine- pretty standard and the bathroom is on the small side. Lobby was very nice and the restaurant was pretty good. Would definitely stay here again!
