Stayed for 2 days in May for business. Easy walk to Rush Medical Center, and staff was very professional and courteous. The Concierge Club was average and smaller in size, but did not have full hours the weekend I was there. Room on Concierge level was adequate, and I wish it had a microwave. I was able to get hot...

I wasn't given that warm welcome or goodbye that I am use to from the front desk, but the bellman (Patrick) and bell Captain (Lucas) was very friendly and helpful and made us feel very welcome. This is an older building and the room was clean but had a smell. It helped that we were able to open the window....

We spent two nights at the Marriott for a wedding and found the staff to be pleasant and the hotel well maintained. The beds were soft and the rooms clean. But the hotel charged for every little thing! Coffee in the morning, wifi, and water all had extra charges. I stayed at two nights at other hotels and all the...

Stayed here for a Blackhawks game last weekend. You can tell this is an older building, the walls are very thin and you a can hear every noise out in the hallway. Unfortunately this didn't make for a great night's sleep, as they have a lot of students stay here and they happen to be pretty loud over the weekend....

Spent 5 day here with colleagues. Warmly greeted at front desk personnel and thanked for being a gold member. Very comfortable and clean room. Concierge lounge was available for breakfast. Great stay.

I stayed at this hotel for business travel. I liked that a courtesy shuttle was available and able to take me to the UIC Forum The room was spacious, clean, and quiet. The staff members are very nice, especially the shuttle driver. I also had to ship items via FedEx and the front desk staff was helpful. Since I was...

I made a reservation on 12/20/2016 using a group rate for a conference. I am a Marriott Rewards member. When I arrive at 515pm, I was told I did not have a reservation. When I showed them my confirmation there was discussion with the manager on duty and I was informed that the hotel was overbooked, that I did not...

Stayed in this hotel for a couple of days for business. Overall, very good impression, clean, convenient, and well run. The staff was very courteous and helpful in every way. We've had a couple of requests that were promptly and efficiently addressed. The hotel is reasonably close to downtown. Not cheap, but the price still reasonable for the area.

We stayed in this hotel for the last few days because it was close to a swim meet at UIC. The hotel is in good condition, the food was great, etc. However, we were most impressed with the staff. Every person we came in contact with was nice, courteuos and very, very helpful. We noticed it on the first day,...

We arrived late in the evening after following my mother's ambulance to UIC. My dad and I were exhausted and shaken when we walked in the door of the hotel. Jessica at the front desk was so sweet and accommodating. We couldn't have asked for better customer service. Louis the shuttle driver promptly took us to the hospital to be...
