The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They provided restaurant recommendations, the fast and easiest ways to get around town, etc. The hotel itself was great! It was clean, quiet and warm. The lobby and seating area was cozy. They had a nice little bar and restaurant. The room and bathroom were clean and a nice size. There was a...

This Hotel is nice but in need of some TLC, when I checked in there was Valet only parking at $39 dollars a day. The Valet was to busy eating and very hard to understand, not what I expect from a 4 star. The room was ok but when I turned on the lights by the bed the shades were...

I visit for a concert and a game in CHicago..I was unsatisfied with the way they handle their shuttle van going to the concert. There was only one driver and we was late because of it they had no order for who gets on the shuttle first. I wasn't giVing my conTinental slip for my breakfast when I first check...

Got an amazing deal on Priceline for same night stay. Arrived late but still were welcomed by friendly staff who helped with luggage and pointed me to the hospital parking location a short 5min walk away. Upon returning from the parking, front desk staff was also friendly and efficient. Was asked for our choice of bedding (king or two doubles)....

Stayed this past weekend while attending a wedding in Chicago. Location is convenient to the Rush Hospital/UIC Hospital complex. Also within a mile or so of the United Center. Being a loyal Marriott Rewards member we have stayed in Marriott affiliated lodging around the world. From the friendly and helpful gentleman who greeted us and parked our vehicle through every...

Stayed here for a meeting at Rush University Hospital, which is right across the street. A warm and hospitable welcome from the gentleman at the front desk, and very helpful bellmen at the door. A really excellent arrival. The Chicago Marriott is not a luxury hotel by any means - a low-rise building, it has more of the feel of...

It is located right next to the UIC (west) medical campus. It was very convenient location for a recent grad school visit at the University of Illinois Chicago. The hotel offered a free shuttle to nearby locations, which was very convenient. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean -- beds very comfy. Hotel was also walking distance to...

I liked the fact that this place was very quiet. The only down side is the location. There aren't alot of restaurants around there. Another thing i didn't like was that they didn't offer free wifi when I stayed here but I'm glad to see that they offer it now. The rooms were very clean and the bed was very...
