A very nice hotel, modern, two nice bars, breakfast is very good, space a bit limited when the hotel is full, but wait a couple minutes it's worth it Rooms are spacious, clean, big tv, bathroom could need a fresh up but that's a minor detail Staff is very friendly, great service. I was in Chicago for business, hope to... More

Here for a week convention. Service oriented to technology, more than to guests. When asked for information on area sights, both the check-in desk and the concierge, said "well most our guests just use google". When using the internal phone system, you get an automated system. Kudos to the Operator Tisha(?) who provided more information than most of our face... More

In chicago for convention. The hotel is in a VG location, especially for the holidays (ie shopping). Facility is in great condition as was my room. TV was a little big for the viewing distance to chairs and bed but that's the only negative.

I attended one of the largest conventions/meetings in America which filled most Chicago hotels. Despite the hectic crowds, the hotel check in and day to day operations were very smooth. I am permitted early choice of Chicgo hotels and always choose the Hyatt Regency. For a high end hotel, it's rates are competitive but it's service is far above their... More

Well located, but rather soulless hotel on Wacker. Great for convenience -close to Grant part, the Art Institute ( which is one of the best museums in the world). Short cab ride to the magnificent Mile and first class shopping

Marie ,, the breakfast waitress,,, you are the best ever. You are amazing :) No one ever serve me and take care of me like the way she is doing. I spent 6 days in the hotel watching her serve and help everyone during breakfast time. Wish you all the best and god bless you.

Stayed at this hotel in early November 2016. It served as a great home base for exploring Chicago. The hotel in located in the Loop, but is far enough north that borders of the Magnificent Mile, River North and the Loop. The hotel is located right on the Chicago River as it opens onto Lake Michigan so our room had... More

The hotel was amazing from the time we stepped out of our vehicle until we got back in to leave. Staff was wonderful and hotel was clean. The view from our room on the 33rd floor was spectacular. The concierge helped us with spectacular dinner choices twice as well as helpful info on cab vs bus travel in the city.... More
