Hotel location was great. Small rooms but fine enough for weekend stay. Bartendars were rude and snotty at Drumbar. Not helpful at all. Left promptly from there and had a nice time next door at Disotto.

Great little hotel for a weekend in Chicago! Wonderful location. Bar on top floor is a must see event even if you're not staying there. Bosnian Doorman was a great guy, coming and going! The donut shop off the lobby makes for some awesome people watching.

My wife and I spent Christmas in Chicago. We had stayed at the Raffaello a few years ago and liked the experience so came back. The room that we had this year was on the 14th floor and had a great view of the John Hancock Bldg. The price was very competitive. The staff were always available and willing to...

Really enjoyed my 2-night stay at the Raffaello just after Christmas. The location was fantastic, rooms clean and comfortable and the staff friendly. Other reviewers have already listed the little things we didn't like -- tiny elevators, the shower with no door that flooded the bathroom floor, an incredibly hot room with no ability to cool it other than opening...

Kids and I (teenagers) did a quick two day trip right after Christmas for shopping and sightseeing. Bought a night at Raffeallo on Groupon. The place is clean and pretty cool. Room was nice and the location was perfect for Michigan Ave shopping and right next door to The John Hancock building. Both Navy Pier and Millenium Park only a...

The hotel is small and quiet - no street noise - ideally located for shopping and tourist attractions. Unfortunately did not get to try out the bar and restaurant - excellent coffee and donut in the AM

The Raffaello was a great hotel. Great location. Great staff. Great room. The room was decorated nicely, and the bed was super comfortable. The bathroom was nicely updated. The only complaint I have is parking. Obviously, parking is atrocious in Chicago. I would have been very pleased with the hotel parking, if they had explained the process. It was very...

A one night stay in the city for Christmas sight seeing and shopping. We got a bargain on the room from Groupoon. Only $99! Wow. Nice updated historic hotel. We spend the day one the Michigan Ave. we parked in a garage a block away for $35. Valet at the hotel was too high at $60 per night.

Staying in Streeterville

Neighbourhood Profile
Streeterville
Streeterville is where visitors head for play at Navy Pier, a pseudo amusement park and development of restaurants, shops, rides, and other activities. You’ll find lots of action and excitement on the docks. Along the pier, you’ll see the statue of the captain for whom Streeterville is named. While you enjoy your fair share of sightseeing at the pier, you can also visit other popular attractions there such as the Chicago Children’s Museum and the Chicago Shakespeare Theater. Off the pier you’ll find more restaurants from low-cost pubs to high-end establishments. Arts and culture aficionados should be sure not to miss the Museum of Contemporary Art.
