Wonderful base for a weekend exploring the windy city. Walking distance to the key sites north or south of the river and stunning views of the riverside. A couple decent food options inside the hotel but with the whole of Chicago on your doorstep would recommend getting out and exploring!

This is a great hotel on the river near everything exciting. The rooms are normal for a 5 star and the restaurants too. Our room had a view of the river and we loved being close to the Chris Kringle market.

I just returned from a week at this amazing hotel. it was amazing. the food was fabulous, the atmosphere was so wonderful. this will be the first time ever that I write a review telling people the bed was amazing. I slept SO well, and that never happens at a hotel. close to merchandise mart, shopping, and so many fabulous...

I strongly recommend that you seek a room with a river view. The river view is one of the best in Chicago. We stayed in a suite - 1432 - that has a connecting room for our grandson and his parents. Worked perfectly as we both had a "shared" living space but separate sleeping quarters. There is a larger suite...

I stayed here last weekend for a convention meeting. I usually stay at the Hyatt when attending this convention but decided to mix it up! This is a lovely hotel. Although they could not give us an early check in for all the rooms, we were able to get one of the rooms and deposit our luggage. The beds are...

Me and my girlfriend had a $100 gift certificate for this restaurant and went for her birthday. The food was good but that was about it. The layout is very confusing and unlike any other restaurant or bar I've ever been too. I asked the person behind the bar what we do and she said "I'm new here" hm.. not...

My friend and I surprised our daughters (9 and 13) with a shopping overnight in Chicago. Fantastic location, friendly staff, fabulous beds, large guest room with huge windows. We were upgraded to the concierge floor. The pool is a beautiful space, warm, with plenty of seating. The adult only bar and urban rooftop space called "Raised" is excellent. We snuck...

We booked this hotel at the last minute to celebrate my son's birthday with some out-of-town guests. Best decision I made all week! I've stayed at this hotel a handful of times in the past and it is my favorite downtown Chicago hotel (out of the dozen I've experienced). The location is excellent. Great views and easy access to activities...

The location is great. The hotel is modern and a little quirky which is fun. We had breakfast in the lounge on Friday morning and really enjoyed it. The lounge was closed for the rest of our stay (Friday evening-Sun.) which was a little inconvenient. There is a cafe/coffee bar in the lobby and a Starbucks nearby. The room and...
