The Willows is in a great location - an easy walk to the park along Lake Shore Drive and a safe, convenient neighborhood. I had a very simple, inexpensive room but it had all the amenities you'd need and want, including a lovely soap, shampoo selection. It is an old boutique hotel with no gym - but there is easy...

Family gathering to see Piney Gir performance - The Willows provides a very good environment and is convenient to Lincoln Hall and dining choices. Staff friendly and helpful. Rooms clean and quiet. Coffee and fruit provided in the lobby was a nice perk. Continental breakfast was welcomed with a group gathering, allowing us to stick together in the lobby.

We stayed one night in The Willows. The location was convenient-close to family who live within walking distance. We had a room by the elevators which was surprisingly quiet-except for the street noise which is expected in the city. The King bed was comfortable. The bathroom was small, but clean. The front desk was very helpful with directions. The complimentary breakfast...

This was not a pleasure trip and I picked this hotel because it was close to the hospital where we were with a family member. But we loved it and want to go back for pleasure when we can! It was clean and comfortable, service was great, people are very friendly and helpful, and the location was great as well!...

Stayed here with two teens on a family college tour. Quiet hotel and street to escape the city. A big variety of restaurants and coffe shops are just out the door, as is Walgreens if you forgot your toothbrush. Large room with high ceiling. View was of the back of another building with a fire escape and pigeons which my...

Stopped here for 5 nights in mid-March. I had previously stayed in Lincoln Park so was keen to return to this great Chicago neighbourhood. Visiting family in the area, I find the Willows very convenient. The room was clean and the staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel is convenient to many restaurants and bars. It is also a very short cab ride to several excellent theaters.

I've stayed at the Willows several times, mostly because of location. However, I've come to really enjoy my stays and it is at the time of my list when I need to be in Lincoln Park or Lakeview. This is an old hotel but the rooms are cozy and clean. I've always found the staff to be pleasant and efficient....
