Best night of sleep in a hotel EVER. The sheets were not scratchy, the mattress was wonderful, and the temperature of the room was maintained well with the thermostat. It's a beautiful hotel with great service and views. The only downside was being able to hear through walls - not sure if we had exceptionally loud neighbors or if that...

The Drake is my favorite hotel in Chicago and it did not disappoint this time. The ambiance, service level, room comfort and appointment and the VIEW! As a Hilton Diamond member, I was upgraded to a junior suite with a lake view. The room is so comfortable. The extra space was very much appreciated as i was in Chicago for...

Chicago was so great we decided to add another day. The website we used gave us a room in the right area for a price we could not refuse. When the hotel was revealed, I was more than a little disappointed as our previous hotel was ultra modern and I knew The Drake was not. But there is something comforting...

Rooms nice and clean. Soft beds. Hair dryer included. Booked with Hotwire, they were not able to accommodate our king bed request the first night. But got us one for the subsequent nights. Good location for shopping and attractions. Great food near by. Room service had a 6$ delivery charge, they do mention it in the menu. Beds were too...

The hotel was beautiful and central to most attractions. The staff was helpful and the room was large and very clean. I would definitely stay again. We went with a large group for a family graduation and the hotel was very accommodating.

I had a 2 night stay at The Drake Hotel Chicago, and the staff were excellent, as I had previously booked for a medical test and they were ready to provide a refrigerator. I was upgraded to a Executive King Lakeview room, and being a Hilton Honors Gold member, I thought I was upgraded for free, however, it turns out...

Nice hotel in Chicago. It is on the corner with Michigan Avenue so has easy access to shopping. Bed was extremely comfortable and the room nicely appointed. Cannot say enough good things about the staff. Top notch. Enjoyable visit.

Beautiful inside. Nice service. Hilton chain currently. Close to lake and running trails. Very expensive if you go during big events timing. Buffet breakfast $30. Good, but would be nice if they'd listed the price.
