Great hotel, with an unbelievable fitness center, spacious rooms, and pleasant atmosphere. Just minutes away from shopping and restaurants. Staff was very accommodating and nice. Make sure to try their breakfast buffett! They offer a great arrange of breakfast items including smoked salmon!
We spent one night at the Westin and it was great. It was freezing outside and hot chocolate and toppings were a great way to warm up while checking into the hotel. Checking in was very easy and our room was beautiful.

Room was very nice. However, they charged us twice for the same upgrade. I spoke to the manager she refused to do anything about the duplicate charge. Completely unconcerned with customer satisfaction. Incompetent management. No more stay at Westin.
