This was the place I stayed during my trip to the Windy City. Most Marriott locations set high standards for hotels and this was no exception. They have all the amenities you need (exercise room, pool, restaurant, bar/lounge, conference rooms, etc.). You do have to pay for Internet which is robbery unless you're a rewards member. But aside from that,...

I've been an event manager of off premise events and an in-hotel event manager. Both have their challenges. As a former hotel event manager, I give high praise to every department at this hotel. Right from the fabulous women I spoke with first from the airport right to the final shuttle driver back to my next flight....every person delivered exemplary...

We stayed here one night because it was near the airport and provided a shuttle service. Unfortunately, the shuttle service did not get our call (hotel's fault) and we waited over an hour at the designated stop after a 13 hour flight! So, be sure to check on pick-up. Room was very nice. There is a pool/exercise area on the...

No, I did not come here for the World Series but for a training session from Friday thru Monday morning. Knowing the area and having worked across the street ten years ago, I was amazed at how beautiful the rooms had been renovated to. This is an older hotel, so the room sizes were not huge with the single King,...

The hotel is quite close to the airport and offers free shuttle which is very convenient. In spite of proximity noise is rarely a bother. Bedrooms have a decent size and so do the bathrooms and housekeeping do their job quite thoroughly. Toiletries are nice, no showercap so bring yours if so needed. Towels very good quality. Mattress comfortable and...

Had a short overnight stay here. It's a challenge to find the shuttle stop at the airport- it's at door 2 of the bus center. After that it's a 15 minute ride to the hotel. Staff are friendly and the breakfast was good. Concierge Lounge was closed at the weekend so I got a voucher. Beds are comfortable and hotel...

I stayed here for a quick overnight stay so I didn't get a chance to enjoy the amenities. The hotel has a interesting pool that connects both indoor and outdoor pools and it has a decent looking gym - unfortunately didn't have the chance to use it. There is also a bar and restaurant that were very lively but the...

Very close to the Airport, they have blue line to the downtown Chicago for 50mins from the hotel, the best way to the Downtown Chicago is taking the blue no driving no taxi cuz the heavy traffics! I don't recommend this Marriott for stay during the weekend cuz they closed the lounge from Friday morning to Sunday! Same as the...

The lobby is older and looking a little grubby in places. The upper floors and rooms have been renovated with all new linens and furniture typical with most Marriotts. The bathrooms have also been renovated but are still the same size as the old 1960's bathrooms. The door almost hits the toilet seat. At least the shower pressure was good....

The staff are fantastic and the food is tasty. Unfortunately my iPhone charger and charging block disappeared and no-one was able to locate them. That completely tiicked me off. The passing trains and planes take some getting used to.
