Since my review in 2015 this property has returned to the control of the National Rifle Association (NRA) who have undertaken some major changes. Readers must therefore understand my needs are linked to getting a bed before an early start on ranges rather than seeking a hotel or even B&B experience. The simple set up works for NRA members shooting...

I had a competition at Bisley on Sunday (24th) and decided to stay the night before. Booked the room for £55 on the NRA's new online booking system, which worked great. Arrived at Bisley on Saturday and it was busy, really busy. I'd forgotten it was the last day of the Imperial, and that meant noise and music into the...

My husband and I booked a room here as we were down in Surrey on business and just wanted a cheap bed for a couple of nights. Surrey is expensive and at £99 for two nights, this was the cheapest we found (via Laterooms). The Pavilion is in the middle of the old Bisley Camp, now a collection of shooting...

Location perfect for access to Pirbright camp, which is just round the corner, in a delightful building full of character and showing excellent attention to fire precautions. My room was relatively small but spotlessly clean and I had an excellent nights rest in a good bed. The rooms are basic and functional but the building used to be an officers...

My Husband's pass out parade took place at Pirbright so as a location was ideal, two minutes away by car! Little did we know we would come to regret it so much! We booked two rooms, a double and a triple, total cost of £110, not even worth half that! The double room was freezing cold on arrival (7.30pm) and...

I stayed on site due to attending a course at the NRA. The room is very basic but functional. Clean, warm and on site location for courses. This is not to the standard of a modern hotel however does the job, so think more club room in your expectation. The general comments on breakfast are correct so if you have...

Had a lovely stay at this hotel, perfect position if you are visiting the Alexander barracks. Lovely night sleep, no noise, only thing negative is that the shower pressure was awful! Clean hotel, plenty of teas and coffee and milk, also provided with a hairdryer. Not much choice for breakfast, other than that brilliant hotel and will be returning if...

I stayed here with my parents for the annual Rifle shooting competition. We paid £75 per night for a room with three beds (ensuite B&B). When we arrived on Friday 14th August and were told on arrival that there would be no breakfast on Sunday!! We were not given any reason for this and as we had just finished a...

Our family of two adults and two children spent two weeks here while we visited local attractions, did day trips to London and competed in the Imperial Meeting on site. We were fortunate to stay in the self-contained rear building which contains four units, including the family room of two singles and a double bed on the ground floor. It...
