This hotel is just fantastic. The rooms are spacious, clean & feel pretty newly renovated. The pool & arcade areas were HUGE family hits. Great breakfast & location. Also, everyone on the staff was wonderful but we had a couple dealings with Chris & he was so wonderful. Kind, professional, friendly & knowledgeable.

From reservations, to check-in, to our stay, through check-out, it was just a great experience. And then THE COOKIES at the front desk! They keep the display case stocked with fresh ones and they're addictive. Highly recommended!

Traveling in the area for business and required a below market rate for my two-night stay. I explained the situation and the reservation team got me within $20 of the rate I needed. This was incredibly helpful. Also, I have stayed at this hotel in the past. It seems to have had some updates to make the rooms feel cleaner and more well equipped. I will definitely stay here again.

I chose to spend my 63rd birthday in Galena. This hotel and decent prices and good reviews. We had a king fireplace room with a jacuzzi. Large room on the top floor. Nice view out the window. Gorgeous sunrise! Close to the shops downtown. Room was spacious and clean! The staff were very. Pleasant and the breakfast was great. I would definitely stay here again!

We only stayed one night, but the experience was exceptional from check-in to check-out. The amenities in the room really made us feel like special guests. The Jacuzzi, fireplace, and popcorn were all pleasant surprises.

Loved our stay, very clean and comfortable. Wonderful, helpful staff. Sam went out of his way to help us! We arrived with car trouble and he helped us locate places to call for the repair, taxi service, even restaurants that delivered to the hotel. Thanks!!

We had a great stay here. The front desk staff was phenomenal and very attentive. The hotel was very clean and well maintained. They had the best water pressure I’ve ever had in a hotel shower. The continental breakfast was excellent. Everything was fresh and well made. One morning was scrambled eggs & bacon, the next morning was eggs and sausage. You can make your own waffles, they had cereal, fruit, hard boiled eggs, etc. We will definitely stay here again and I highly recommend this hotel.

Beautiful clean and great staff. I would recommend it to anyone. Worth every penny. The room was nice and clean. The jacuzzi was great. And breakfast was nice and freshly delicious. The pool area was amazing.

The hotel is up the hill out of the cute little town of Galena. Service was great and the place has a nice pool facility with a couple slides that really entertain the kids. It is not a huge place which is nice. There are restaurants nearby and down in the Galena.

Everything was very clean and tidy. Staff were extremely nice. Breakfast was very good and probably the best complimentary breakfast I've had at a hotel. Only major problem I had was jets on whirlpool tub didn't work, but that wasn't a deal breaker.
