We booked this hotel for a family of 4 as a 'get away from the beach and tourists' break. 3 nights for €237, no breakfast, seemed very reasonable. I was concerned after reading the reviews but pleasantly surprised when we got to the hotel. The entrance hall is spectacular and really tastefully restored. Not difficult to find either, views of... I recently stayed for 2 nights at this hotel. Despite being high travel season, the price was more than reasonable, (66 Euro). The hotel is centrally located in Orihuela and had a beautiful interior. Rooms were a fair size, with a good sized bathroom. The rooms were clean and were adequate for a short stay. The front desk staff was... More

We arrived at this very charming looking hotel on a Sunday afternoon. On checking in we requested a quiet room as there was a noisy First Holy Communion party in progress. We were given room 302 which was next to the main function room and the noise, which went on until quite late! The following days were quiet until there... More

Whilst agreeing with the comments of other reviewers recently, we were staying for two nights, double room and bathroom in the centre of Orihuela old town for E57 so I do not intend to be pickie about such things as limited toiletries or room luxuries. We had everything we needed and the room and whole hotel was very clean and... More

It would not be a place to spend your full holiday but Orihuela is a fantastic city to visit and take a break from the beach. If you do or need a place to stay for business I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Staff are friendly and helpful, but it should be noted that unlike the main holiday resorts... More

Very nice hotel in the middle of the historic city of Orihuela, home of the poet Miguel Hernandez, and situated by one of the smallest cathedrals in Spain.

This is a beautiful hotel with nice art and a bit of history, so would recommend for a one-night business stay. Facilities not great though (the spa mysteriously was never open) and the hotel restaurant though fairly busy, was overpriced for the quality of the food. It was busy because nothing else was open we later discovered. The hotel staff... More

Only stayed for 1 night but I have no complaints at all, the taxi driver did struggle to find the hotel but that's not the hotel's fault! The room was clean and comfortable. I was there on business so I cannot comment on the area as it was a flying visit.
