The hotel is opposite the beach. We were welcomed with a smile from under a mask and taken to the restaurant for breakfast as arrived quite early. The staff are exceptional and acknowledge you each and every time with a wave and hello. The rooms are modern and simply furnished in an Ikea style. Bathroom had a waterfall shower with constant hot water. They are kept spectacularly clean. Breakfast is well worth getting up for. There is a huge choice to satisfy any appetite. The restaurant is called Ciales and the menu is extensive and well presented sat overlooking the beach and spectacular views. Sanitizer and gloves are provided at every entry point. My only criticism is the pool. It is located in the annex of the hotel a short walk away, about two minutes. The pool area is nice enough, but situated opposite the church which rings it's bells every 15 minutes and with the sound of traffic, it is not ideal. I would definitely stay here again and recommend that you book a sea view room. Finally, a lovely bottle of cava was sent upto our room from the hotel to celebrate my birthday.…

I could not recommend this hotel enough. We had such a wonderful time and the staff went above and beyond to help and make sure we had everything we needed. Food was delicious, view was stunning and hotel was modern, clean and everything you could want. Pool was lovely and quiet. Just fantastic place to stay! We will be going back!

I am travelling with my 82 year old mother who has mobility issues. The manageress made herself known to us on the first day and has been a great help with all our questions and queries. I brought up the issue of not having anywhere to hang my long floaty dresses as the hanging area is only for short items. The next day a hook/pin was put in the all for me to hang my long dresses. All the staff have been very accommodating. Gloves are provided for the morning buffet which puts my mind at ease. Masks were worn by all until drinking or eating. The hotel is ideally situated just across the road to the beach and near taxi, bus and tram stops. We have both enjoyed the food at lunchtime as well as in the evening. We ate out our first 2 nights but now prefer to eat here at the hotel. The room was in spotless condition when we arrived and the cleaning lady does a marvellous job each time she has come in. Wi-Fi was excellent in the room and in the public areas.…

Everything in the hotel was wonderful. The staff were excellent and couldn't do enough to help. My room was lovely and large with a great view overlooking the beach and mountain. The food was good, the breakfast had everything you could possibly want and need.
