Another wonderful stay at the Aimia Hotel. A hidden gem tucked behind the main esplanade. Everyone there makes you feel so welcome and it was lovely to see familiar faces (both staff and guests alike) plus a few new ones as well. Great service and facilities with locals often dining there too. We can't recommend it highly enough.

Our second time at this Hotel and we cannot praise the staff highly enough, nothing was too much trouble. Room was cleaned daily with bedding and clean towels, restaurant staff (particularly Jenny) so helpful and always smiling. the Reception staff (particularly Katarina and Dina) but everyone sooo happy to help with any problems or offering suggestions to assist guests, they ordered taxis, booked restaurants and generally went the extra mile. We loved every minute of our stay here and have already booked to go back next year.

Visited here in June with my wife. What a great hotel. The check in was easy with reception speaking perfect english. She took time to explain bus timetables, local restaurants and different places to visit. The breakfast was superb and very casual. It is a great hotel to meet fellow guests and to chill out. The hotel is 50 metres from beach and very central. This has been my best hotel experience in a long time. Book through the hotel as they can arrange transfers, book restaurants, organise trips. Nothing is too much bother for them. all the staff are brilliant. This is a gem of a hotel. Perfect in every way.

From start to finish this was the perfect trip to the Aimia. The staff are the hotel's real asset - friendly, welcoming, helpful and professional. There is no difficulty communicating in English and any questions are answered promptly and with a smile. We have stayed at the hotel many times before the pandemic got in the way and were quite emotional to think we could finally return, we were greeted with a 'welcome home' from J which made us feel very special. We ate in the hotel on one evening but if the restaurant had a view of the sea we would happily eat there every night, the food is delicious and at 30 euros for three courses good value for money. The pool area is not huge but there are plenty of sunloungers and the atmosphere is relaxed. There are umbrellas for shade and a good selection of drinks from the poolside bar to enjoy throughout the day. The house keeping team work hard to keep everything clean and well maintained. The pool area is well maintained too. We would recommend a room on a high floor ( there are 4 floors) so you can make the most of the view across the bay. Lower rooms and mountain facing rooms do miss out on this but with the beach only a few steps away you will be able to enjoy the sea front in just a few minutes. Breakfast is lovely with cooked and continental options. There's a wide range of fruit and juices. The tea and coffee machine is fine and if you are in the mood for some day drinking you can have a glass of cava. It was our anniversary while we were there and staff came to our table at breakfast with a glass of cava. The resort has lots of great places to eat and there are lovely boutiques. If you find you have forgotten any toiletries there are shops nearby for shampoo, suntan lotion etc and a pharmacy for more medical needs. At the moment ( June 2022) masks are required on buses, in taxis and in pharmacies. Port de Soller is a short bus or famous little train ride away but you can also walk - approx 30 minutes. This isn't a resort for nightlife but for people who want to be active there are plenty of options - cycle hire, diving, hill walking and the beach front provides an ideal run route.

We’ve stayed here before and always loved it. The pool area is the highlight. It hasn’t got sea views but it is so chilled and relaxed. Plenty of loungers, great poolside bar, lovely bar and restaurant staff especially the slightly older lady who whilst not a manager seems to be the most capable. Breakfast is delicious - lots of lovely choices. The reception team are all smiles and nothing is too much trouble. The only downsides are poor air conditioning which is controlled centrally. The balconies (both sea view from higher floors) and mountain view are partially glazed so sitting down you can’t really see anything. And the bar prices are much more expensive now than in previous years and more than many of the bars on the seafront which doesn’t seem right. But definitely a hotel to return to esp for the pool
