Yes - the rooms can have a king size and two single beds. One of the beds can double as a sofa and the other is stored as a pull out under the main bed. All can be made up for you if you fill in the number required at the time of booking or give them a ring - they are very obliging.
Hi Janet, yes it is. There are some tables up a couple of steps but plenty on a flat level with the entrance. The buffet breakfast area is on the flat level too. Hope that helps and you enjoy North Wales as much as I do :)
