The last stay we had was a bit of a nightmare but this one was spot on. We chose to return because of the staff and location. It really was a great couple of days. The breakfast waitress even remembered I had veggie sausage the day before and checked if I need the same again. Nice little touches like that make your day!

Room was clean as expected. Check in was quick and easy and Chloe was so polite and friendly. She did everything and beyond to make my stay enjoyable and stress free, nothing was too much for her. Chloe managed to unjam the sink and retune Tv so i could get some channels as there was very poor signal. Maybe this could be something premier inn looks into in the future

Had an excellent overnight stay. Reception staff were professional and helpful. Room was very inviting upon arrival on a cold January day. Room was well appointed and spotlessly clean. The bed and pillows were both of exceptional quality.

Really enjoyed my stay. Was welcomed with a smile from reception. My room was really clean and smelt fresh. Nothing was an issue. I even had extra pillows which came in handy. Will definitely come back

I was booked to stay here for two nights to visit my mother having end of life care at a hospice in Llandudno but my mother passed away the day before my stay.Cancellation should have negated any refund to me but after a phone call to Luke on reception to explain my situation,he without hesitation said I wouldn't be charged for the room I'd booked but to call back when I knew the date of my mother's funeral and he would transfer the payment for my stay at the hotel when I stayed over for my mum's funeral.After finding out the relevant date for the funeral I called Luke back and without any problem at all he rebooked a room for me.At such a sensitive time,having such an understanding person on the end of the phone meant a great deal to me and I am extremely grateful to Luke for the way that he dealt with my problem.Luke went above and beyond.I have stayed at this hotel on numerous occasions and have always found the staff to be genuinely friendly and helpful. Stayed here January 2023. For a family get together. Rooms very clean and comfortable and staff couldn’t be more helpful in hotel and restaurant next door. Would definitely stay here again breakfast was very good and plentiful staff really friendly

Could not fault this Premier Inn. Everything was perfect, great customer service, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Room was clean, bathroom clean. Great nights sleep. Temperature was fine. Clean and welcoming reception. Lots of parking spaces. Well situated for visiting places.

The hotel was really lovely and so was Chloe who we not only spoke to on phone but also on reception when me and my husband checked in today. We needed a room at the very last minute and there was only one left so Chloe held it for us until we got there. We had a bit of an emergency and Chloe did everything she could to help. She even gave us toiletries because we had nothing with us. Just want to say thank you to Chloe again for everything she did for us. She made us feel so welcome. Chloe is a blessing not just to to company but to anyone that knows her. If I could have gotten chance to have given her a hug I would’ve but the poor girl was rushed off her feet as reception was beyond busy.

I would just like to say that I stayed here last night 29/12/22 and was welcomed by Chloe the receptionist. She was so lovely and made our stay memorable. Nothing was too much trouble for her and we even had a lovely conversation about Pontefract as she told us she’s from Yorkshire. We are coming back in March. Hopefully get to see Chloe again
