The whole experience at Glan Conwy was first class. we were greeted by Paul Moore, who was efficient, friendly, professional and managed to calm a disappointed, tearful lady, me, I thought I had booked us into The Little Orme and was upset to find I had booked us at Glan Conwy, which was further away from the centre than we wanted, he reassured me it was not a problem to get to the centre even though we would not be able to walk and assured me our week had not been spoiled. He was right and all the staff we came into contact with were friendly and helpful, the room was spotless, comfortable and quiet. We had breakfast every morning at Brewers Fayre which was delicious, the staff all taking care to explain the system and safety measures in place. Our whole experience was an enjoyable one

Stayed here for a night in between Christmas and new year with partner and 3 year old daughter. The booking process was so easy and you are able to check in online before you arrive. Plenty of spaces to park and a friendly welcome on arrival.

As we had a young child with us we had been allocated a room within the hotels ‘quiet zone’ which we didn’t expect and was a pleasant surprise. The room itself was absolutely spotless. My partner works in the hotel industry and as such we have stayed with higher starred and more expensive hotels such as Marriott and De Vere in the past. The cleanliness of our premier room was by far a higher standard than those hotel chains.

Our beds were very comfortable and we had a great nights sleep. Breakfast in the morning was again a pleasant surprise. A very friendly welcome, activity pack for my daughter and a great breakfast buffet.

The only negative thing about our stay was that despite turning the heating off on arrival our room was very hot during the night. As we were on the ground floor we didn’t want to leave the window open. A large fan, however, was provided in the room and on booking we were advised the hotel does not have air con. So not really a complaint just something to bear in mind if your are staying here in hot weather.

Location wise, the hotel is a fantastic base. A short drive to Llandudno and Conwy. Will definitely stay here again.

I was really nervous about coming for this weekend away as we still are in the middle of a pandemic. The staff were lovely and explained all the safeguards put in place as soon as we arrived and there was hand sanitiser available in the reception area (although at one point it was empty - but only once). The restaurant staff at the adjoining pub were equally reassuring and at no point did I ever feel unsafe.

The hotel itself was what you would expect from Premier Inn and it served the needs we expected of it as basically a base for us to sleep in as we visited various parts of North Wales.

The only criticism I would give was that it was clearly an old Premier Inn and as such it didn't have air conditioning which for us personally was a bit of an issue as we were staying during a particularly warm time and it was uncomfortably hot in the room, normally we have found there are fans provided when the weather is hot when there is no air conditioning but not on this occasion as the room had been stripped of superfluous amenities due to the issues of the time we are currently living in. That is the only reason I have given a four star rating rather than five.

The hotel itself is in a fantastic location close to the main route to all the areas we wanted to visit.

I stayed here solo for a little Budget break in North Wales and was so surprised at the quality of the rooms for the money!

My room was super clean and massive with a sofa and double bed! It had all the facilities you’d normally expect and a bath/shower which was great after long hiking days.

The staff were really friendly and lovely to me at all times. They didn’t enter the room due to COVID but were happy to give you anything you asked for like towels and extra coffee sachets etc!

Although it’s located on an interchange junction, it’s really quiet and I had a great nights sleep (I’m a light sleeper)!

As I was on a road trip, this location suited me perfectly as it’s in touching distance of Anglesey, Snowdonia and Conwy!

There’s not much around it though if you’re wanting easy access to the beach etc and you want facilities you can walk too. Llandudno is a 10 minute drive from the hotel and Conwy is 5 mins drive. But there is a TESCO shop/petrol station close by.

Thanks again, absolutely loved my stay!

We decided on Llandudno for a few days well earned rest and relaxation and were not disappointed.
The welcome in reception started the break off to a good start. Friendly and helpful staff, sent us off to our lovely clean room. The bathroom was spotless and the shower was a real joy, lovely soft towels which we could have extra upon request from reception. The bed was a little too soft for us we would have preferred a firmer mattress but didn't detract from the pleasure of a break away. We had the meal deal and although the menu was reduced we still enjoyed the food very much, in fact the best steak I've ever eaten out. But for us though one of the nicest moments was breakfast, we met a fabulous lady called Gail who looked after us fabulously, we enjoyed many a laugh and excellent service. Gail is a credit to the company and we will definitely come back all being well next year. Gail you are now an honorary Brummy, thanks for everything.

Having just come from a Premier Inn in Manchester we were not disappointed with the same friendly and helpful staff in both the inn and the next door Brewers. Perfect location to easily get into Conwy - just hop on the motorway and get off at the very next junction! Room was good but there is a bit of a damp problem on the window wall that needs attention. Other than than that - two quiet and restful nights sleeps!

We stayed here for a weekend away after valentines. The room was spotless, the staff were lovely. If you needed anything they were always on hand to help, the location is in a decent place with the brewers Fayre next door is grab food and drinks. Would highly recommend staying here. We will definitely be back at some point in the future

We stayed at the Premier Inn LLandudno with two other couples as a base for a long weekend touring around North Wales. The hotel was excellent (as usual with Premier Inns), lovely and clean and with friendly staff. We had pre-booked full breakfast in the attached Brewers Fayre for all of us every day which was fine. We also ended up eating there all 4 nights as the restaurant/bar staff were so friendly and the food was great value. One slight niggle was that the rooms were only cleaned on request (maybe due to staff shortages?) - we only found out when we queried the lack of cleaning. There was a notice about it in reception but we hadn't spotted it, perhaps it should have been pointed out by the reception staff when we checked in. (After we asked for it to be done the rooms were cleaned to the usual high standard.)

Located conveniently between Conwy and Llandudno this hotel provided a quiet , comfortable stay at a very reasonable price and with a large ,free car park.
Spotlessly clean room with comfy beds, great shower and fluffy towels. Had a quiet nights sleep.
Big let down was the quality of the evening meal in the adjoining Brewers Fayre....seats were grubby and the table still had sticky marks . The food arrived on cold plates and was lukewarm...the skin on chips were dreadful....cold and limp! A very disappointing meal which thankfully I had 50% off with a voucher. Was most definitely not worth the full price. Just glad we didn’t bother with breakfast there.
Other than this it was an excellent stay. Recommended.

Checking in was straight forward and staff were friendly and helpful. Once we were in our room and realised that there was no air conditioning ( but there was a large fan in the room) , I went down to reception. I would be the first to admit I had my grumpy head on, as we had booked as a family and had been put in a totally different building than the others in our family which put a dampner on things for us straight away. However the gentleman on reception was very good and polite ( in dealing with me having my little paddy!) and explained how to make sure that we get our rooms together for any future bookings. He also provided us with another fan.
Our room was at the back of the hotel and the window only opens slightly, you can hear the traffic from the road but it didn't disturb us.
There isn't a lift and if we had have thought, we would have booked a ground floor room as my partner is disabled and the stairs were a bit of a struggle, but this was our own fault for assuming that all Premier Inns have a lift!
All the staff we met were extremely helpful, and the hotel was clean, food was fine.
The weather was very kind to us, which always helps. The staff were helpful at breakfast in suggesting local places to visit, which was very kind of them.
