Best customer service I have ever had at a hotel. The ladies checking us in were extremely nice and the rooms were large and spotless. After a long drive this hotel was perfect for our family to relax and have a good night sleep. The pool and hot tub were a plus.

Just a quick stop on our way to Colorado. Smooth check-in, clean and comfortable room. Good wifi. Close to various eating place and gas stations, right by the Interstate. Nice breakfast with choices. Worked well for us as we traveled on early the next morning.

I chose this hotel because it allowed my dog, and it really did have a nice pet area. There was a fenced in play area with a waste station, and large grassy areas just to walk. There was food within walking distance. They put me in a room that was easy to go out the back door with the dog, so I didn't have to bother anyone. The room was really nice. It had a jetted tub which I didn't use, but the bed was comfortable. The floors were wood type, I love that. The TV was a little confusing but the wonderful clerk from the desk came and helped me figure it out. The breakfast was standard; eggs, sausage, biscuits etc, fresh fruit. The ONLY problem I had was the refrigerator was noisy, to the point I had to sleep in my airpods. (if I could have reached I would have unplugged it). The irony is that the A/C unit was remarkably quiet. I didn't know they came that way, usually they are my biggest problem. I would definitely stay again on my return trip.

A great property close to the intersection of I57 and I64. Family of four needing : separate sleeping places. Our reservation for a “sleeps 5” room was honored at peak time on a Friday evening. The room was large, clean and fresh; the bathroom the same. This is a great example of a Comfort Suites, a brand we use frequently. The breakfast was the best I’ve ever had in a Comfort. Great coffee, magical scrambled eggs - not the usual watery mush by a long way; great selection and all served by a pleasant lady who knows her trade. But oh the welcome. Our check in clerk, a lady probably in her sixties was rude, unhelpful and unfriendly. Everything had to be by the book despite some special requirements. Everything was too much trouble. I hope she’s having a better day today.

We checked TripAdvisor and it had a 4.5 out of 5 rating. We had enough reward points so I booked one night. When we arrived and checked in everything went fine until we saw the room. The couch had rips, the air conditioner was torn apart and the window was open. We went back downstairs and requested another room. This room was on the first floor. The window was broken and could not be locked. A safety concern for sure on the 1st floor. We left and checked in at the Holiday Inn Express down the road.

Overnight while traveling to family, we got here around 11pm without reservations. Check in was easy with Choice rewards. Room was good size, king bed and everything clean. Plenty of TV chanels. Water pressure good in shower. Breakfast was typical hotel spread but I was impressed that staff paid attention to where people sat and immediately cleaned tables. Often in breakfast rooms I have to sit in someone else's crumbs, but they were diligent about sanitizing tables. I would definitely stay here again.

There is free breakfast, but the options were limited. We had a large room with a sofa sleeper. It was all very clean and comfortable. There were some band-aid repairs done in the bathroom that if done correctly would have looked a lot nicer. Overall it was a great room for our one-night stay.

We were VERY pleased we were with our stay on February 26.  we travel back and forth to Florida a couple of times a year.    I have a service dog, so when I make a reservation, I always request a first floor room near an outside door....which I got and it was great!   The staff was most gracious and welcoming as I checked in and were sure to tell me that there was an enclosed dog area where i could let the dog loose.  I appreciate those dog areas, but rarely use them, as they are usually full of poop (I will NEVER understand people that won't clean up after their dogs when there are poop bags a few steps away!)  I was pleasantly surprised when I checked their dog area out (before letting my dog loose) and only saw 2 or 3 poops, so I felt comfortable letting him off leash to "do his duty".  So either they have VERY considerate guests, or your staff checks the area on a regular basis to make sure it is "usable".  So I was thankful for that!  Our room was clean and very comfortable, and I LOVE that it is not carpeted (I always am leery of hotel carpeting!)  I am also thankful that the "breakfast area" did have a few options for us (as we were leaving around 5:30am) so I could get coffee, fruit etc.  Often with us leaving that early, many hotels don't have ANYTHING available that early.  so we will be staying there again, and hope to make this one of our 2 regular stops on our trips!

Comfortable enough for a decent price. Old hotel with well worn carpeting, old and slightly creaking elevator and old and fairly noisy heating unit. We enjoyed an average fitness center and time to relax in hot tub. Average breakfast. Larger than average room with a sofa as part of room. Our biggest problem was yapping dogs in the room next to us and also across the hall. People shouldn’t leave their dogs unattended and hotels should not allow them to do so. The front desk clerk did track down the owners when we finally called to complain. I guess I should have called earlier when the first set started yapping. (We we’re in the dog hallway, which was oddly on the third floor) because of our own dog). We might stay again if passing through, we might try another place. Mexican restaurant across the parking lot was superb. (And provides takeout for those who don’t leave their dogs unattended during meals).
