Good sized bedrooms, a little dated but comfortable and clean. Staff were all really pleasant and helpful. The food in the bar was good and the Breakfast was very good lots of choice and plenty to eat. Good value for the price. Plenty of free parking.

From the outside looks like a typical American motel, with car parking outside your room. The rooms though are clean, warm, well decorated and modern bathrooms. The bar and restaurant while a bit dark are again clean and inviting. While it does not have an extensive menu, the food is plentiful and of a good quality. The staff were friendly and helpful. Would stay here again.

Everything you read is true, I feel like Sam Tyler in "Life On Mars" and it is really great. I remember so well when every pub and hotel were like this, Artex, Copper table tops, and Purple Decor. The food is great, the service and staff superb, the prices not quite at 1970s or 1980s level, but given the current cost of living, £3.90 for a pint of Coors is really good. Food prices also good value. A perfect stay and enjoyable 5 nights.

Had a one night stopover at Green Acres while visiting family. Normally we have always used a chain hotel. However, having stayed here, we will now always use Green Acre. A family run motel that is welcoming, clean and friendly. Good parking and a cooked breakfast included (chain motels usually charge extra for this).

Our 3/4th stay at this great Motel. Can't rate it highly enough as value for money. Great Hosts, (thanks for the beer glass Mike & Jackie). Very friendly & helpful staff staff. Value: Just £60 per night including breakfast! Evening or lunch meals really good value and large portions. Will be back. John & Maggie Coleman.
