Wyndham should be embarrassed by this hotel. Dirty, run down, and certain employees need to learn how to please the customer and go the extra mile to try and do what you can to make their stay a better one. I booked 2 rooms over...More

Everyone has different preferences in what they like in a hotel. We do have a lot to offer and we are in the process of a remodel which can make certain situations difficult. If some guests are here for a reason that makes them upset such as a funeral, then we may not be good enough to help. All we can do is try to make someone as comfortable as possible and certain preferences have a lot to do with that. There are many others though that are here for reunions, weddings, vacation, and much more that enjoy the fact that we have a pool, restaurant, and banquet facility all on the same property. Some of our rooms are a bit older but by no means disgusting. We maintain everything and are in the process of a major upgrade. Sometimes the place and the environment have something to do with it, but sometimes the circumstances may not help how someone enjoys their stay. I hope I have answered your question. Thank you for asking.
