This will be short...if you love being in nature, simple but very nice accommodations, traveling by bicycle to the beach and nearby restaurants then stay here. Breakfasts were delicious, usually with Letiz hanging out by the patio. Good thing I'm a dog lover :) she even kept me company when I was sick one day. Howler monkeys will wake you... More

We loved almost the intimate atmosphere of our beautyful bungalow in a fantastic tropical garden! There we were surrounded by the animals, we came to see: Tucanos, howler monkeys, kolibris, all sorts of birds,... And as a little present on our last day, some spidermonkeys jumped through the canopy above the bungalow! The nearby river offered us terrific tours with... More

Had a fabulous time! The bungalow was clean and neat and right in the middle of the rainforest. We took advantage of the kayaks and river access and enjoyed the quick walk to the beach. We enjoyed the wildlife on the property and the starfruit and coconuts on the property. Bruno and his wife were more than helpful and friendly.... More

When we first arrived at Pachamama Jungle River Lodge I thought 'why did I book us here for such a long time - eight days!'. On day two I thought 'why did I book us here for such a short time - only eight days!'. The Caribbean coast, Punta Uva, and Pachamama all quickly worked their magic on us and... More

Punta Uva to me is the exact place I love to travel to when I have a few days off. I operate a Costa Rica hotel association so I know Costa Rica very well.
