in april we held my wife Marys 70th at the golf club could not fault it ,from the planning of the menu (we opted for the curry and chilli which was delicious)to the actual night which was enjoyed by everyone regardless of age.Our son was the D J and the club was quite happy for us to use the pa system .The staff that were on duty were great. Would recommend this venue for your celebrations.

Popped in for lunch and was so impressed! The place was spotlessly clean, warm and welcoming. They have a new chef who does the best Ham and Cheese toastie I’ve had for ages! Defiantly worth popping in if your in the area!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Played recently after searching out a course for my step dad to start playing again. The welcome in the pro shop was excellent and the facilities although basic were adequate to warm up and get ready. The course I have to say was in excellent condition and made for a very enjoyable round of golf it is a fair challenge and has a number of holes that can allow you to vary your strategy all in all an excellent day out

Held my daughter's 18th birthday party at club. hired room at a cost of £150 and was promised the side room for food .arrived to find another party already in the other room eating which meant we had to have our food in the main party room .the food was served but within 30 mins all taken away not everyone had eaten as didn't realise the food had started. The bar staff weren't challenging younger people who were buying alcohol. No one of authority seemed in charge thankfully the night went well but didn't make me feel I would recommend it to anyone for a party as the room hire was alot if we weren't having both rooms .it's a shame as venue is great for a large group but sadly there was lack of organisation from the club .

Venue managers agreed to terms which they then changed at the last minute and were unreasonable and unrealistic to meet. Would not recommend booking large parties here is you want a hassle free experience.

We note a number of comments regarding booking from Eirias High School and would like to clarify what actually happened as the comments abpve are incorrect. When the initial enquiry was made by telephone no mention was made of it being for Eirias High School or for young people in the age 16-18 with contact details. We must stress that no booking was made at this time. Subsequently a young person came into the club to confirm the booking and pay the deposit on the Wednesday 12th December, the member of staff working at the time realised that there were going to be a considerable number of young person’s at the party when they stated to the member of staff “What are we going to do about the 16-17 olds?” The member of staff told the person paying the deposit that there may be a problem and they would need to speak to the manager who was not working at that time due to a family bereavement. From Friday the 14th when the manager returned to work they tried to contact the booker by phone on the details that had been given and they left a number of voice messages. No one called back. Eventually contact was made by the booker on Tuesday 18th December and a meeting arranged for 18:00 on Wednesday 19th December, however no one turned up to the meeting. Finally a telephone conversation was held at 20:00 on Wednesday where it became apparent that there would be a significant number of persons aged 16-17 and the level of adult supervision would not satisfy the requirements the Golf Club has (for health and safety and licensing conditions) for when young persons are present. If the club had been advised of the age of the party goers at the time of the initial enquiry the club would not have considered hosting the event as it breached policy. Therefore the club regretfully had to refuse permission for it to go ahead and the deposit was returned in full. Had the age range been advised earlier or the booker respond to the contact attempts the situation would not have arisen in the first place.

It was agreed with the Golf club that we could have a christmas party at this venue. After months of trying to contact the venue they replyed only 3 days before our event with new requirments that that hadn’t mentioned prior. They made it impossible for our event to go ahead and took every step possible to make sure we would have to pull out. Will not be planning an event here in the future.

Was meant to be having a Christmas party there but after months of trying to contact the venue manager, they have replied days before the event being horribly rude and making stupid demands. Very disappointing. This is an extremely badly ran place.
