We have an excellent stay with spacious and clean apartment for a family of 3. Great view of Tamar River too. Kitchen was a plus point. Common laundry is also being provided. Free wifi and parking. A restaurant with great steak is also within the vicinity. A short drive to the city centre and a good drive to Tamar Valley.

Our room was spacious with great kitchen and cooking facilities. The room was clean and well serviced. Well located with just a short drive to the city. Overlooks the Tamar River. A little tired, however, the price was right for the accommodation.

Close to Cataract Gorge and Launceston city centre, we found this location convenient. It is sandwiched between both sides of a main arterial road, with a nice view of the Tamar River. Some traffic noise but this is a spot to lay your weary head after a long day touring. Self contained with excellent kitchen facility. Everything worked perfectly. Good...

We stayed in room 32 which was once the owner's residence. It was quite spacious with lots of room for our two boys, but also dated (the kitchen and bathroom appear to have been modernised, but remaining spaces need some decorator love!). It's between the restaurant (we didn't dine here) and the reception so we weren't concerned about our boys...

The rates they charge are extremely competitive and great value for money. My wife and I have stayed there twice. The last time we were there they allowed me to use thir reception area and a fax machine at no cost for a telephone job interview. I got the job with their considerable help. The managers and the rest of...

Was disappointed when I entered the hotel as wasn't aware that it was a budget accomodation. The design and interior is pretty outdated and is not aesthetically pleasing to look at. Is generally clean with all the basics (the kitchen wall outlets were a little dirty , would matter if your fussy) No refill of toiletries or anything else, no...

Seem to have been recently remodeled and have to admit that everything exceeded expectations. The checkin and out was simple and most importantly the rooms were spacious, modern, very clean and styled well with literally everything you would want. Definitely THE place to stay when in Launceston.

For the price, you couldn't ask for anything more. While the name is a little misleading calling the rooms 'villas', they were very well presented and quite spacious. For a seemingly older style building the rooms themselves including the kitchen and bathroom seemed to be recently renovated. It is about 3-4kms from central Launceston however there is a grocery store...

Two bedroom ground floor unit. Decor atrocious, too many dark colours. Poorly equipped kitchen. No walk in shower & the most ridiculous deep bath which is not easy for people "getting up in years but not over the hill". Bathroom floor was filthy when we arrived & was still the same when we left. Thank heavens it was a short...
