A place where you feel like at home. And also a place to rest after a long day of work. Ann makes everything easier. Delicious breakfasts, cookies, ice cream, tea.. Definitely a place to stay again. I enjoy my trip and the place.

Bertha, it was such a pleasure having you stay at the Murphy Guest House. I know you were here for your business training, but hope we made a few things pleasurable for you. Thank you for the Mexican Breakfast recipe. I loved it. You could eat that anytime of day. I know I can 't pronounce it, but I sure...

We made reservations months ago so that we would have a place to stay for the opening home football game of Notre Dame. The Bed and Breakfast is a beautifully landscaped yard and beautiful old home that you will feel pampered by Ann Andre upon your arrival. Snacks of cookies, trail mix and various teas in the dining room are...

Ann is that special type of person that you immediately feel a bond for. She is so caring and easy to talk to. She is more than an inn keeper, she is a dear friend. Despite having last visited six years ago, Ann remembered that my wife needed extra pillows for her back, and asked her how she was doing....

My weekend stay at Murphy Guest House Bed and Breakfast in Bristol, IN was absolutely lovely. From the charming B&B, owned and operated by Ann, to the comfy bed, lovely room and yummy breakfast each morning, my stay was exactly what I needed -- rest and relaxation. The outdoor garden is very well groomed and maintained - you can sit...

This was my second visit to Murphy Guest House and my wonderful hostess, Ann Andre. I was welcomed like an old friend, and her lovely rooms were just as I remembered. Extremely comfortable beds, and the location is so perfect - accessible from highways, but also easy to reach all the quaint towns and villages in Amish country. But wait!...

We visited antique shops in central and northern Indiana from Pierceton to Elkhart and stayed at the Murphy Guest House. It was a nice 2-day anniversary stay. On a previous stay we explored Amish culture and attractions. Ann has been a consistent, gracious, accommodating, hospitable B & B hostess and has developed an inviting, relaxing, luxurious, comforting space in Bristol....

Hostess Ann really demonstrates her 12 years of B&B proficiency. Everywhere you look, every detail, every accessory, every decoration is carefully prepared and placed to convey a feeling of opulence. Even though the Murphy House is attractively priced, it feels much more extravagant. The hand-dipped chocolate strawberries waiting in the room and the choice of 43 loose leaf tea flavors...

Bob and Sarah, thank you so much for such kind words. I had so much fun talking with you and learning about your farm, herbs, and flowers. I would love to try one of your raised flower beds. I'm really looking forward to your next visit so we can chat some more. Many Blessings to you, Ann

From the time we rang the doorbell until we said, "Good-bye," we were made to feel at home in the elegant Victorian setting. We did not need lunch because the breakfasts were so large. We found a plate of snacks in our room when we arrived including chocolate-covered strawberries with our initials on them. There was a devotional book on...

I stayed at Murphy's guest house when on business in Bristol. A guest house is not immediately what comes to mind when traveling for business but this was an experience unlike any other business trip I have been on and a welcome change. Just make sure you bring your "Fat" clothes because Ann is a cook beyond belief and will...
