Busy & popular pub with constant stream of locals but the staff made us feel just as welcome. The food was really good & reasonably priced with good service, we weren't rushed despite being busy. Would visit again when in area.

We had a great lunch here - a lovely welcome, delicious food and wonderful service. Nothing was too much trouble and the landlord even varied the menu for us to accommodate my son, which was very much appreciated. Will definitely be back.
