Sapphire and I would like to extend a thank you to you Val and Merv. Thank you for opening you're beautiful Spanish themed home to us. Thank you for your homely charm and hospitality. And thank you for breakfast! Breakfast would've been the highlight to our days while we were away, and that's coming from a chef. Just quietly those...

Stayed at Fernando's b&b as i was up from Victoria working nearby for the week. Its certainly not for everybody but definitely my cup of tea. Val (one of the owners), felt like I'd known her for years. She looks after anything u need and cooks up a pretty mean breaky and starts some good conversation! The property is pretty...

The view is breathtaking, the owners friendly, the decor and place has a feel that it's hayday has come and past. If you are looking for comfort and style with the trimmings, then leave this to the traveller who wants somwhere safe with amazing views.

I enjoyed my stay, Val and Merv are real aussies. I felt welcome in their space, and would happily return another time. If you want time in a coastal much loved and shared family home, with no B.S. then this is for you.

If you are a smoker, this is the place for you! However as a non smoking family we found it incredibly hard to deal with the constant smoke in the air throughout the whole residence. The setting and location of the house is truly amazing, the decor is a case of 'each to their own'. The breakfast, we found to...

Our family was travelling up to Townsville to visit family and decided to detour out to sarina beach as it was getting late and our children were getting restless! We arrived in sarina to find a few average motels with more then average prices! Yet We spotted a B&B up hidden away up on top of a lookout road, we...

The first time I stayed at this wonderful hideaway was about six (6) years ago, and would have had at least 30+ overnight visits since. The initial WOW was its location, followed by the huge Spanish-look mansion, with its three bedroom types on offer. I have stayed in all three but my favourite would be the front room (suite) with...

This B & B is probably not for the faint hearted but a unique experience anyway with a stuffed lion, suit of armor and a life sized pirate statue. The hostess was lovely and very chatty. The room which was the pet-friendly room was clean and had no fur or hair. Breakfast was beautiful with a selection of cereals, fruits...

Reading other reviews I notice some people loved this place while others hated it. It is a place that certainly has lots of appeal, but it won't be to everyones liking. First impressions - We arrived in the dark and pleased with off road parking. Walking up the poorly lit steep grassy slope toward the front door my wife tripped...

Need a serious cleaning !!! The ugly dogs are always after you. If you want to be quiet for breakfast don't forget to take them outside. This is not a B&B for holiday, the house serves also for workers waking up at 5:00 AM !!! Agnes and Philippe from Belgium
