This is a lovely Inn on beautiful grounds. The room we had was spacious and had a balcony to sit outside. The staff is very friendly and extremely helpful to guests. The room and the bathroom were very clean. There are numerous shops on the grounds as well. Warning: No alcohol is allowed to be brought into rooms.

Essenhaus is a fun place to visit. They've got decent food (nothing that really strikes me as awesome, but good nonetheless). The service is is on par. We never needed anything. They were very quick. There is a gentleman that was singing Happy Birthday at different tables throughout our meal, and he had an excellent voice. The pies are probably...

My family has stayed here multiple times. We love the homey feel of the rooms and sitting areas. The breakfast was amazing! We stayed in a suite our third time staying here and it had a great setup. The shops around the Essenhaus are fun to visit, and we love the flower quilt fields around the towns. I would recommend...

We stayed two nights for a family trip to Amish country, and we all loved our stay. With a family of 5 (kids 1, 6, and 9 years old), we chose the 2 Queen suite. It had a spacious living room with a fireplace, a long balcony you could enter from the living room and bedroom, a nice kitchenette, a...

This is a peaceful, restful retreat. The hotel is immaculately maintained and the staff is friendly. The food in the restaurant is the best I've ever tasted. This was my second stay there and I would stay there again!

We had four rooms as a family. I am constantly amazed at this place. I have been in hotels around the world. This place is spotless, we love staying here. The grounds are beautiful. The wifi works well, breakfast is ample. The look is total country and if you do not like that, then this may not be your place,...

We visited this place while hunting for a quilt square garden. It has some cute shops and an awesome bakery. We also ate at the restaurant. My husband got the buffet and thought the price was good but the food was salty. This place is a great place to visit.

The wife & I had the pleasure of staying here 2 nights. We were with a group out of Cincinnati. Everything was very nice. If you go there, however, don't smoke or drink alcohol - not allowed. It is run by the Amish. Breakfast is included. The meals in the restaurant are excellent. The rooms are spacious & comfortable &...
