This is a wonderful small hotel. The rooms are very comfortable - size, great air conditioning, nice sheets and towels, clean new smell, small refrigerator, towel warmers. Lovely bathroom. The hotel is very clean. There is an excellent restaurant onsite with good, reasonably priced wine. Happy, helpful staff. Well located - short drive to Kotor and Tivat. A short walk to Porto Montenegro - nice to walk or go to the beach. By staying here, you can enjoy the Port without the prices of expensive hotels.
I stayed at an upscale small hotel near Kotor several years ago. I would return the Hotel Helada next visit.

The hotel is located on the main road out of Tivat but it is still quiet in the room. It is well-located just a 10-15 minute walk from the port, restaurants and shops. The hotel provides free parking which is so useful here.
The room was well appointed and the staff were very friendly and spoke good English and were happy to offer local tips. The restaurant serves a good breakfast and whilst the dinner menu was limited the food was very tasty and there is also the opportunity to try some local wines

We spent 4 nights here in this lovely hotel. The rooms were clean and well presented. Food in the restauarnt was good too. Staff were superb, nothing was too much trouble. Good location too, 5 mins from town, 10 mins to the port on foot. Would return and recommend!

This hotel is ideally located, about a 15 minute walk to the bay and where all the restaurants are. The room we got was pretty spacious but we tried one before it which was pretty tight for space. But can’t complain as ours was a good size.
The breakfast is one of the best I had while on a road trip. You could sit down and choose off a menu. It wasn’t a buffet so I had a lot of time for that.
The bathroom was modern but our shower leaked. It didn’t drain properly so after a few minutes the bathroom was flooded. Our room never got done one of the days and when asked were told it was because we didn’t go out until 11am. We were then out until 9pm.
The main thing this hotel is missing is somewhere to chill. Once you’re done wondering around the shops/restaurants, you tend to have a lot of spare time. There is nowhere to go chill and enjoy the sun. No pool which we knew but also no sun loungers etc, even though there is a terrace which could fit plenty on. That just has tables and chairs which nobody used.
I thought give that it was just a room, it was quite expensive. But I think you pay for the location, and the area seems to be expensive anyway when comparing with others.

We stayed here for one night before flying home from Tivat airport. Was ok for one night but quite basic really. Location is next to main road but close to airport so probably good choice if flying next day. Not impressed with interior. Looked clean but terrible stains on corridor carpet. Artwork on the walls unnecessarily grim. Room ok. Breakfast the least nice in two weeks in Montenegro

A new hotel that has a very nice restaurant with a very good breakfast.
What impressed me the most was how professional and attentive the staff was.

If you take a left you are 10 minute walk from Port Montenegro and you can find almost anything there.

This is a very nice small hotel. The hotel is conveniently located 5 minutes by car from Tivat airport and 15 minutes from Kotor old town. The hotel is one year old and well maintained. The rooms are fairly sized, sound insulated and very clean. Staff is extremely kind and helpful. WiFi was excellent
Breakfast is good (not a buffet). Onsite parking.

A new hotel close to the city centrum and the beach. The only trouble was that it's located near the main road so rather noisy. Everybody was kind and helpful at the reception and restaurant. Our room was clean, comfortable and nicely furnished. Wi-fi was free and excellent.

New hotel at reasonable rate on the main coastal road, easy to find, enough parking place. The room was exceptionally clean, with high comfortable high frame bed. The hotel is on the main road but windows keep away all the sounds. One of rare hotels where free Wifi works perfect. The food in the cozy restaurant at ground floor was very good with fresh produces but not memorable. The staff is exceptionally kind; great service with the smile.

I had a good feeling about this hotel before we even arrived, as they had shown great patience and kindness through all my questions during the booking process. My expectations were therefore high, but even so they managed to exceed them. The room was lovely with comfortable beds. The balcony looked out over a building site but it was airy and spacious and we spent a lot of time there. The shower was hot and easy to operate, and the breakfast was tasty and so nice the first morning that we had the same thing every morning! It was good to be able to eat it outdoors. The location was convenient, within a pleasant easy walk of Tivat and with a nice bakery just down the road.
Best of all was the customer service. All the staff were friendly, helpful and kind and bent over backwards to try to make our visit as good as possible. We would be very happy to stay there again and would recommend it without hesitation.
