Hotel is in a perfect location, easy to access everything, the port, beach, bus station etc. It is immaculate and well organised.Reception staff were very helpful and friendly Breakfast was just ok,nothing special and orange juice was appalling. However what spoilt it for us was there were no sunbeds to use the whole time we were there. They do not put them out until 1stJune,so consequently nowhere to relax.Nowhere did it mention this when I booked with my tour operator, however it does for 2024. We were very disappointed as were other guests as weather was beautiful. Would recommend if you go from June onwards.

From stepping in the doors on arrival to leaving a week later every thing was brilliant. Staff on reception were always smiling and helpful as was the cleaning lady. Room was lovely and spotless and a decent size. It’s worth upgrading to a sea view room. Breakfast was what breakfast is abroad and was plentiful

We stayed for four days at hotel Palma . Our room overlooked the beach and had the perfect view. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom worked well with a great shower. We had robes too. there was a spa which was nice to use at the end of the day. Bar and food very good and the staff were excellent very helpful and friendly they spoke good English and always tried to help. We would certainly return to this hotel again and look forward to seeing more of Montenegro

We stayed at the Palma Hotel during our recent visit to Montenegro. All in all the hotel was very clean and presentable, rooms were pleasant, beds comfy shower good although missing tea and coffee facilities which would of been nice. Plenty of choice for breakfast. We found the staff to be helpful and friendly.

Arrived late evening (tired) we are both over 70 . Pleasant welcome and happy with room 505. Opened the shutters in morning to fabulous view of Tivat harbour. The breakfast was substantial and sustained until evening snack .restaurant staff very attentive and polite .Tivat harbour and surrounding area is such a pleasant walk .We both fell ill with heavy colds 10 days into our 21 ( bad luck) restaurant manager Nikola went to his room and returned with lemsips for us (helped in short term)

Awful reception desk! The girl at the reception desk was rude, acting as if she is the boss! In addition, so many rules where actually shouldn't be, such as: " do not bring out coffee at our terrace"! Like, c'mon, we won't still them and particularly since the hotel was quite empty. All in all, I will not recommend it! They need to train staff to behave in a more friendly manner.

During my week stay at this hotel I got an impression that despite this place pretends to be considered as 4 stars hotel, they have no much idea about how it is as of international Nivea. The most and worst for me was experience in terms of service (especially one person at reception who made me very annoyed after some days of her constant restrictions). After visiting to so many hotels worldwide, I've never heard that – "we don't give any plate, or spoon or any other little stuff to the room. You can only get it, if you order meal from hotel! Besides, when I asked to provide me with water boiler and cup, she (woman at reception whose names I won't name here but very happy to provide to management) told me that I even have to order tea from hotel! I never saw such a stupidity and frech attitude, to squeeze money from the guests. Same woman also confused me with infos regarding my needs for breakfast – I asked several times to have at least lactose free yogurt and goat cheese, due to cow lactose intolerance. First she told me, that I can have my own, so I bought it for first time breakfast. After breakfast she told that I'm not allowed to bring anything of my own to breakfast table since I have to have a bill (for what???). But the way she spoke sounded like I'm her employee. Later on, when I asked to give me two beach towels, same woman at reception told me that it's not allowed and they give only one towel per person while her colleges told me different infos. In general, when I just arrived same woman didn't even provide me with correct infos about hotel, like internet for example. She said you have to turn on TV to get instruction but in reality it was a paper on the sideboard. Totally confusing and messy. I think if this hotel pretends to be 4 starts with such a price range even in non season time, they have to meet requirements. Or management have to travel around the world and visit any conferences to get an idea what's that about. I won't mention some damages in the room when pipes at lavabo was broken and since few days I had a water on the floor but I couldn't get any extra towel or napkins. I don't want to feel myself as in "prison" with all kind of ridiculous restrictions for my money. As for restaurant staff, they are ok and friendly but need to learn better English at least to avoid any misunderstanding with the clients. The location is good, this is out of discussion. And if you like to visit spa room, it's also ok but you have to ask/remind 3-4 times to assist you with any needs in spa.

Just had a lovely week at Hotel Palma Montenegro, overall a lovely experience. We had room 505 on top floor with a small balcony overlooking the hotel beach and seaview. The staff all round were excellent friendly, front desk, dinning room staff in particular the young girl with glasses ( her name I forget) and our lovely maid who ensured our room was clean everyday.Beach was lovely, clean and sunbeds were provided along with towels every day, service on beach from the lads was good. The things that could be improved are fridge in room very small will not take a big bottle of water not enough sockets in room for electrical gadgets, breakfast was very repetitive.Saying that I would love to visit again in near future, well worth a visit and position of hotel is best in Tivat.

Almost entire hotel team here is helpful, attentive and welcoming. I would especially like to thank Andjela in the hotel and Marko at the beach, they really took good care of us. The hotel staff even brought my daughter a small birthday cake to our breakfast on her 7th b-day and really surprised us so much! The cleanliness of Hotel is impeccable!! Food/drinks were delicious. The room was spotless, though I thought that our junior suite was too small for 2 adults and two kids – once the sofa bed was set up, we couldn’t really approach the window in the living room area or even open the refrigerator. I would definitely recommend reserving a bigger suite for a family of 4, and especially for 4 adults. The beach was very nice and clean. We had chairs, umbrella and beach towels included with our stay. I strongly recommended this hotel if you ever travel to Tivat.

Service = 0 Asking for empty glasses of wine for the room and the only answer was « if you have your own bottle in the room we don’t give you glasses » Never heard that in any respectable hotel, this building is getting old and the room are not worth the price but it was still ok until service given is really that bad
