I stayed here while visiting the Amana Colonies. The outside of the hotel was nice and clean. Great parking. The staff was friendly upon check in. The room was ok. We had 2 twin beds. The carpet needed changed it was very worn. The bathroom could have been cleaner. The bathtub was either dirty or the finish was worn. I wouldn't get in it. I did not like how it was set up either. The staff upon checking out was not friendly at all.
A birthday getaway with my mom and sister, meant to let us relax, was disappointing at every turn. Lights didn’t work, curtains didn’t close and had large brown stains. The staff didn’t correct the issue (we were told they were the only one working and they were swamped) and we couldn’t move rooms. Tried to relax in the hot tub but dead ants and other little black things were swirling in the water and sticking to us. The pool was greenish colored and the area was dirty. In the morning, we saw bugs crawling on the floor, nail polish and polish flakes were next to the beds and the comforters were lumpy and separating. Very disappointed- probably the grossest hotel experience I’ve ever had.
My husband and I stayed to different days in the same week. First stay we were greeted by 6 guys smoking and drinking Beers at entrance of Hotel. Not a good impression. The entry way was dirty with Cigarette Butts and dirt. Lobby sofa strained. The 2 chair's Arms need to be repaired. Hotel needs a makeover. Elevator needs a good cleaning. (Tracks and carpet.) I didn't feel the rooms were Covid 19 clean. Furniture and TV old too. I have never seen such Bed linens like this. The comforters were so old that the inside filling was lumpy and sheets were really wrinkled. We stayed one night later in the week to fly out of the Area Airport. The same Cigarettes Butts were still in the entry way. Breakfast was not exciting either. One good thing the Check in people were friendly and helpful. Disappointed in this Radisson property.…
This is the worst hotel experience ever Stay somewhere else. Anywhere else rooms are terrible. Staff is the rudest meanest you'll ever find clerk named Robert will threaten you if you don't agree with him
Room was nice would have been very good , due to size of the or if you where on business and need a place to work or spread out work. Nice desk and work area with plenty of USB plug in's for your charging . Great Breakfast considering the COVID deal .Other motels during our trip had nothing or offered coffee, an fruit and wrapped muffin and a granola bar
