I love trying historic motels on historic highways! This place has a great history. Easy parking is nice as well. Inspired: manager Sandii Service: impeccable Atmosphere: basic rooms that are a good value Food: next door cafe is wonderful Return: yes Discovered: drove by it for years

Rooms might be cheap, but there are problems. There don't seem to be any guaranties against disruption of stays that can interrupt a person's career or work plans for long term continuity of guests such as construction workers who can be kicked out possibly to churn or make room for other guests during special local events, holidays, activities, or occasions...

I have been staying at the Colo Motel for a couple weeks for different reasons. My stay has been very pleasant. The motel is not the most appealing to the eye from the outside, but dont let that fool ya. Inside the rooms.....while small.....are very cozy and comfortable.
