We truly thought this place was going to be excellent because of reviews seen but we had a terrible experience. When we arrived there was nobody at front desk. There was another honest lady who was trying to buy items and was also waiting to pay for them. After 10 mins lady comes in from smoking a cigarette. She was very nice. When we got to the room we had asked for a pet free room when he she said she has given us but there was cat or dog hair, which I wanted to avoid a fuss so I didn’t say anything about it . Then when we opened up one of the bedding there was an orange stain on linen. The stove top was rusty or dirty. To top it all off, a rude lady came in at 1120am saying you need to be out by 1130am, so I told her I has asked the front desk and manager said we could be out by noon. When I said this to her. She said “ I’ll charge you for another night and you can stay till noon”. She was so rude and made me nervous, so we got out by 1150am without being even ready. (Attached is the picture of the rude lady who said she’d charge us another night) Their ad is very misleading saying “breakfast available” but for purchase so no hot breakfast included. I had such high expectations for his hotel but for $127 you could pay stay at a better hotel. …

Thank you for your feedback. Please note that late checkouts are based upon availability. You spoke with the front desk staff and was given an 11:30 checkout as this was the latest we could offer. There was no manager on duty at this time due to it being a holiday. Breakfast is available for a small fee 24hrs a day.

Hotel's Favourite
This hotel is just off the highway close to 2 casinos. It’s just over the state line if you are headed east to avoid traffic. The breakfast is mainly frozen sandwiches that get delivered to your room along with a side and drink but the AC worked great and the beads were comfy. Our room included a full size fridge, stovetop, and microwave as well as a regular coffee pot. I would definitely stay again

Our room was very clean and well stocked. Staff were so friendly and helpful. All around great stay! Thank you. Sarah at the desk was especially friendly and helpful. Made us feel at home! The only thing is I think it's time to replace the mattresses. Ours sunk down in the middle.

This is our favorite hotel !! They accept pets because we always bring our Yorkie with us when we travel. The employees at this hotel just love our Yorkie Peanut !! We always stay at this hotel when we have a doctor appointment in Omaha, Nebraska. They do their best to give us the same room every time we stay.

This is the third My Place we've stayed at during our road trip from Denver to Chicago and back. They've all been great. This chain is unique in it's approach. The rooms have a kitchenette with a microwave, two-burner stove, coffee maker, and a fulll-sized refrigerator. In addition, rooms with a single king or queen bed have recliner, which is ideal for someone with back issues that make sleeping in a bed challenging. The rooms furnishings are basic but nice. Everything thing is spotlessly clean. There's a mini-store near thr reception desk where you can buy snacks, sundries, and even kitchen utensils. There's free coffee in the lobby. I highly recommend this hotel, as well as others in this chain.

For less than $100/night, there is good value here. The suite was spacious and clean, with a full-sized refrigerator and microwave. And I really appreciated the responsive AC/heat controls. I was able to set the fan to run all night on low, to generate just enough white noise to cancel out the late night ruckus from the busy highway just beyond the parking lot. The hotel also features an indoor pool (but no hot tub), and people should be aware that the usual mid-range breakfast options were not served here when I visited, nor are there cutlery or dishes in the suite. If you intend to eat here, plan accordingly.

This place was clean, smelled fresh, beds were so comfy! We found feedback on many apps…. All feedback was above average, excellent!! It lived up to the hype! There was no breakfast, but for the price, you could grab breakfast if your choice with the difference.

I slept great! No hassle with parking. Loved how close it was to the venue I needed to go to but still far enough out where the city noise wasn't even noticeable! Very nice staff that helped when we needed!

This room and the kitchenette was smaller than I would've hoped, especially since it's an extended stay hotel, but it had a full sized refrigerator, stove-top, kitchen sink and microwave - plus everything was new, clean and in good working order - so that went a long way toward making up for the size being somewhat smaller than expected. Guests should either bring their own dishes and cooking utensils, or be prepared to rent them from the hotel, because they do NOT come with the room. There's an ice machine, coin op laundry and pool on the first floor. The hotel does not provide breakfast. Front desk clerks were helpful and pleasant. The cleaning staff was nice and very thorough. I highly recommend this hotel.

If you choose to stay here, bring your own pots, pans and assorted kitchenware. If you're just staying for a night or two and assume they'll provide these things, you'll quickly find out that they don't but you can buy pots and pans from them. Very disappointing when I booked with them assuming that they'd have all of these things provided -- nope. Hard thing to find out at checkin at 10:30 pm. Other things: Room heater didn't work but the unit would come on randomly and blow cold air into the room even though I had it in the OFF position. That happened multiple times over 15 minutes, and the only way to not have cold air blowing (even when I had it set on HEAT at 70º and the room was 63º at the time) was to unplug the unit completely. The room was 62ºF in the morning. Thankfully I like to sleep in a cool room, but usually not that cold. ALSO: The front desk clerk repeated my room number multiple times aloud when checking me in -- in the presence of two male guests who were also checking in, and I am a woman traveling alone. When I told her that it's inappropriate and dangerous to do that, she apologized but didn't seem to get the significance of what she'd done. …
