I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Very reasonably priced. Well maintained room. Decent furniture and bed. Parking was free and easy to use. The staff I interacted with did a great job. I have more business in the area next month and didn’t hesitate to rebook. Very reasonable hotel for a very reasonable price. Absolutely no issues.

This is my first stay at this property. Check-in was smooth, staff is friendly and professional, and management is responsive. The new general manager, on property for five days, was especially easy to deal with. I look forward to staying here when my travels bring me to this area in the future.

Well, the hotel is decent. Good room within rooms, though I saw no safe for personal items. Breakfast was in “meeting room” and was your normal run of the mill simple items. There are places you can eat within a mile or two, but not very walk friendly area. Was only there a couple nights but grounds as far as snow were minimally cleared. Fire pit was under a few feet of snow throughout as was outdoor seating (though it was cold, and snowing the night I got there. Seemed to be staffed correctly and bar tenders were very accommodating, though not stocked with several spirits and our of pepsi also. A bar with no coke is ludicrous, never ordered a rum and pepsi ever, and that still stands.

Nice, clean hotel. Friendly, helpful staff! There is an extra $5 charge hotel gives to sports teams in the area. First time we’ve run into this type of extra charge. Like having food and bar available at hotel. There is also a pool and workout room.

Rooms were clean and beautiful, the staff were very friendly and helpful.. There are a few things I would suggest, that I have seen at other hotels and it seemed to work. First, making sure there is staff monitoring the breakfast area because some guests are slobs and inconsiderate to their fellow humans ( you can’t help people like that) second, Maybe putting a sign at the entry of the breakfast area asking guests to be mindful and respectful of others and not allow their children to serve themselves . When you set expectations for guests it helps, except for the rebels 😂 Lastly, also recommend making it complementary. All and all it was a pleasant stay.

No complaints about this place. It’s a nice modern courtyard with good rooms and friendly service. Convenient to I-80. Everything your looking for. This seems to be the best option for Bonvoy members looking for something quick and cheap in Council Bluffs.

No complaints here, a nice room with good beds and sheets.It even had good toilet paper. The toilet seat was wonky or not fully attached. This place does not have breakfast. The room was clean and roomy.

Everything was great. Staff was exceptional. We traveled with our 10 year old grandson who was treated like royalty by the Bistro staff. Those folks were wonderful in every way. Hotel is clean and safe, room was quiet and comfortable. We will return.

The rooms are advertised as Queen sleeper sofas. It is a TWIN. Do not show up expecting to sleep two kids on the beds. When asked about a rollaway they tried to charge $50/day The shuttle service they provide for the World Series is horrible. Bus fits 7 people. We waited an hour to get picked up in the exact location they told us to wait. They stopped up the street when being flagged down and picked up people who just got to the location.
