I stayed one night. The bed was comfortable, the room was small and clean. It seemed like a tired place with only 4 tables in the breakfast area. It had lots of parking and seemed like a safe area. Though off the main highway it was easy to find. Would stay again

It's in the name, the rooms are small, however, our room was very comfortable, immaculately clean, and our experience was a good one. The breakfast was underwhelming, but adequate enough. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Overall, a very nice stay. Bonus: It was right next to an AMC theater.

The doors on the room slam shut! I left the room twice and the guy working came and pounded on the door saying we would be kicked out if we caused another incident! The gentleman was advised we were platinum members who work for a living and weren’t trying to disturb other guests, he flat out said he doesn’t f$$$$$$ care take it up with management! This place is an absolute joke stay away!!!!

Staff was wonderful! Easy access to Omaha or Council Bluffs. Older, but remodeling and clean. There wasn't a fridge or microwave, but I forgot to check that when booking. Bed was very comfortable as well .

Nice, clean room to check in at. We had a pet with us, so it was very nice to have him be able to stay. The hotel itself seemed very clean and the staff was friendly and professional (I appreciate that). Check in and out was easy, it was convenient to food. Would stay here again.

Well, it’s a place to lay your head, but Motel 6 might be better. We needed a place where we could bring our pets, but overall kinda gross. The staff was fine, the bedding was clean, and the bathroom was stocked. Cobwebs, anyone? Halloween is over! The halls smell like a combo of soap and sausage. You can soak your feet while you shower cuz that drain is plugged. Definitely not 3.5 stars as rated. Wouldn’t stay again.

An overpowering perfume smell hit me in the face as I opened the door for the first time - probably some cleaning product or air freshener to mask an unpleasant odor in the room. The hotel is run down and the owner is not even trying to keep it presentable. Walls are banged up with holes, scrapes, drywall powder in corners, and someone spot-painted walls without cleaning or making repairs beforehand with paint that doesn't come close to matching the color they painted over. The hotel phone in the room didn't work the entire time I was there and front desk said they did not have a replacement phone. I saw reviews from months ago complaining about a phone that didn't work - I suspect it was in the same room. Front desk did not make a note of non-working phone or appear inclined to do anything about it. Upon check-in I found a black hair on the toilet (not my hair color) and someone else's toothpaste spit on the bathroom wall - at first I thought the toothpaste spit was just a sloppy paint job like everywhere else in the room, until I wiped it and it came right off. Lots of mold on tub surround. Dust and powdery stuff (drywall dust I think) in all corners throughout the room. When I moved the coffee maker there was dust and dirt underneath - apparently housekeeping is not into cleaning underneath or inside anything. Walls were paper thin and I could hear every cough and sigh coming from room next door. There were too many bad points to mention everything. I had stayed at the hotel on the other side of the parking lot that adjoins this hotel but had to seek other accommodations for two nights of an extended stay because my hotel was booked for two nights in the middle of my stay. The other hotel was new, clean and it was approximately the same price per night as this one. I don't know how this hotel stays in business. I do not recommend.
