The updates are very nice . Clean sleek look. Hope they replace the carpet in the elevators as it is very dirty looking. They need to do something with the windows in the rooms. On a windy day you can hear the wind coming thru the gaps in the windows and can see the curtains moving.

Hotel's Favourite
Omaha is the halfway point on a trip I make frequently to see my kids and I usually stay a night on both ends of the trip. I am a Marriott Platinum member so always look for those properties. On this trip, I was traveling with a friend who happens to like casinos, so we decided to stay at this hotel as it is attached the Horsehoe Casino and it was below zero outside, so we didn't want to go out once we checked in. I'm so glad we found this hotel. It was new, clean, welcoming and comfortable. I will definitely stay here on future trips. Thank you!

This hotel has recently undergone a renovation. The new rooms are stellar! The Mattress on the bed is the most comfortable mattress I have even slept on. Serta makes this mattress exclusively for Hilton Hotels. The staff is AMAZING!!! They go above and beyond to make sure your stay is an Outstanding experience! Helena at the Front Desk is probably the Best hotel personal I have even dealt with. She is a PRO at customer service and is devoted to customer satisfaction. She is THE BEST!!! The rooms are Extremely CLEAN too! The house keeping staff is totally professional! Angela, the lead housekeeper, is very continuous about the cleanliness and perfection of every room I have stayed in. I usually stay at the Hotel at least once or twice a month and I would not chose any other hotel in the area. I LOVE THIS PLACE!!! You will too!

Rooms were good - service was good. Breakfast was either continental, buffet which was 3 more items than the continental or menu which was basically the buffet items. Extremely overpriced for a continental breakfast and for what was then also included as a "buffet".

Stayed here over a weekend as a family, with 2 small children. Overall, things were good but I don’t know that I’d return if back in the area. Rooms were clean but dated. Pretty quiet overnight. The hotel breakfast is a joke. $8.95 for continental breakfast. And not even a good continental at that. Front desk was friendly and helpful.

We booked our room through the Horseshoe as two Diamond Plus members. Initially we were expected to stay in a single king room with 3 adults and had to contact our concierge to get a room with additional sleeping arrangements. They did upgrade us to a suite with a pull out couch. We attended the Morgan Wallen concert and returned to our room after midnight. When we pulled the couch out we found dirty sheets and towels were on it and mold on the mattress. There were no linens, blankets or clean pillows to change it. We called the front desk and the male night Staff member begrudgingly agreed to bring linens. When he arrived with them, we were expected to change it ourselves. We deemed that unacceptable as it is visibly soiled. I went down to the front desk to see what we could do where I was rudely greeted by Andrea, the night auditor. Who proceeded to yell at me and tell me I didn't need to have an attitude. I don't know anyone who would come with a smile at 1 AM when their sleeping arrangements are soiled and moldy. She proceeded to place blame on me for not noticing earlier that it was dirty. I tried to explain that I checked in at 4 and the room should've been clean. She then yelled at me again and told me she would call security. Eventually she did get us a second room but not without belittling and bashing the Horseshoe and their staff and making sure to tell me they don't manage the hotel and to go ahead and call our concierge she didn't care. The additional room had beard hair in the sink and trash on the floor there was also bags of trash on the hall way outside of a room. Not impressed. We address the situation with the hotel housekeeping manager at the front desk the next morning. The manager, Charles stood there and wasn't forthcoming about his position or helping. We told them as long as the rude night staff member was employed we wouldn't be returning. We also asked If there were aware of the numerous other complaints about her on trip advisor to which she responded oh I don't ever look at those.- as she's standing in front of a display of trip advisor cards. None of them were exceptionally helpful but the night staff member is 100% the reason we won't return.

Not the most impressive stay. Showed up at 5pm on a Friday......2 hours past check-in time. Was told our room wouldnt be ready for another hour. That's pretty unacceptable, especially for a diamond member. Why is room readiness not prioritized by your status? Pretty bad that they dont have a room ready 2 hours after check in begins, but then told you have to wait another hour after that. I think a lot of hotels are blaming COVID for just being lazy at this point, two years into it. We had an event to go to, so we had to come back to check in at 10 pm. Who ever was working the front desk didnt add my wife to the room. So we check out early on Sunday morning and are going to use our food and beverage credit that morning in the pantry. The lady working the front desk snaps at us that we only have one person registered to the room.. Why did the person checking us in see that there were two adults and two children checking in? Were these other people just standing awkwardly close to me? They claimed it needed to be done in the app, which is complete crap. I've stayed at plenty of other Hilton properties since they changed to the food and beverage credit and have never had an issue if there has been one or two adults when checking in. Pretty bad that this hotel literally had no clue. The prices in the pantry were unreal for a city in Iowa. 4 dollars for a package of pop-tarts? I've stayed in big cities were pantry items were half the price. Only thing this hotel has going for it is being connected to the casino.

The hotel staff were lovely, the room was very clean. Howwever, the refrigerator wasn't working. My husband uses insulin and it has to be kept refrigerated. The front desk staff put it in the kitchen refrigerator, which worked, but wasn't as convenient for us. The toilot didn't work well, there were stains on the carpet. Our breakfast food was inedible. The restaurant manager comped us that meal because we didn't eat it. Husband had and omelet and I had french toast . Both had an odd greasy taste. Very different from HIlton Garden Inns we've stayed at in the past.
