The room was dirty. Found a dirty towel with make up on it. Coffee maker in the room had mold in it that was at least a week old. Pillows were terrible. The breakfast area was so packed. Huge, long line.

Hotel's Favourite
This hotel is not brand new, but there has been much done to improve it. As it sits amidst a conference center and casino, it must have extra wear and tear due to the volume. This hotel has not left things to deteriorate. Our room was clean and welcoming. The carpets were new. The decor has been moderinzed. The bed was comfortable and we slept very well. The casino was outside our window, but that never disturbed our stay. At breakfast, the gals were very accomodating and on top of everything. It appears they hire enough people or people want to work here as it was staffed well. Our evening check in was a breeze. We will be stopping here again. Kudos to everyone making it a seemless trip. Thank you

Family stayed for a weekend. We requested maintenance to take care of a bathroom situation, but instead were given a bucket and toilet to unclog the bathroom toilet. Customer service - average Cleanliness - great Breakfast - good Room stay - good

Great value for the price. Very welcoming staff from the front desk, the employees making breakfast and housekeeping. Breakfast was good! Better than the typical hotel breakfast. This hotel had an easy location. The beds were a little firm for my liking but not bad.

Wonderful staff to help with everything but so many things quit working, the fridge the light in the bathroom and the toilet sounded like it was screaming. The room smelled like menthol cigarettes. Great breakfast.

Had a Fast check in and check out was very clean and comfortable room breakfast was good and the women serving it were helpful and very outgoing I will stay here again was in a easy to find and convenient location

I found one of the mattresses was wet with urine when I sat down .Heat was on blast in the room like it was being dried out. At first management said they didn't have another room or replacement mattress until I started getting frustrated. Then we were offered another room. Disgusting experience to say the least.

The room we stayed in had a very unpleasant smell and the bed was extremely uncomfortable. We hardly got any sleep. The whirlpool tub was the only nice thing about our stay. Breakfast was just okay. Water took forever to warm up.

The hotel itself was just average, but it was convenient and in walking distance to the competition we came to attend. I wanted to highlight the best part of the stay was the breakfast attendant Brandy. She was so friendly, helpful, hard working, and cheerful. Thanks.

We enjoyed the stay, friendly staff, decent breakfast. Hotel was connected directly to the event center, which was nice. However, the fitness center was very small with limited equipment. The weight machine is poorly maintained and does not function properly. They need to repair it and/or get rid of it and replace with dumbells or new machine.
