Hotel was just okay. Staff was nice. Not overly clean, but a convenient location by the interstate. There is a sports complex nearby, so a lot of families stay here. There are also some good restaurants nearby.

I stayed one night at this hotel, was not able to check-in until 4am due to delayed flights, Kept the hotel updated throughout my delays. They had my keys waiting for me when I arrived. My room was on the top floor, comfortable bed, this hotel is along I-80, close to Joe's Karting, movie theater and some restaurants. They do offer shuttle service but only during certain hours, Breakfast was good, several selections to include sausage. Staff were friendly. Nice Hotel.

We had a great stay in room 410 for 3 days. The hot breakfast was fabulous. They change out the menu a bit each day. The indoor swimming pool & hot tub are nice. The hotel is in a comfortable area within walking distance to Bass Pro & the Mid American Center. Also, a short drive to either the zoo or Lauritzen Gardens (which we loved). Staff was friendly & helpful. Would definitely stay again!

The hotel computer system was down upon arrival. I was assured it would be rebooted by the time I went to dinner. Returned and still could not check-in. They took my information and said it would only be a short while until they could process it. I was shown to my room and then told they also couldn't make keys for the doors but would slide one under the door to me as soon as possible. Internet shutdown at about 9pm .I was told it was restarted to get system rebooted and gi e it 15 minutes. Now 7am no keys, no internet, very limited breakfast options (no bacon), BUT, their system is working so they can bill me full price for the room. Anytime someone needed to get in their room , you have to wait your turn because they only had 1 master key.

My husband and I stopped here on our trip home to Arizona. It was easy to book last minute. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the in room couch was very comfy. Breakfast had several options, both hot and cold. We would stay here again!

Fantastic stay and amazing staff. This was a last minute stay while on a cross-country road trip. They were super accommodating and made excellent recommendations for dinner. The room was really nice! My kids enjoyed how warm the pool was, as so many hotel have cold swimming pools. The breakfast was one of the best we’ve had in a hotel. We loved this hotel. We’ll definitely stay here again if driving through.

The room was clean and nice but disappointed with the amenities. Hot tub was broken and no one thought to mention it until we were in our suits about to get in the tub. Breakfast left much to be desired. We usually take advantage of the shuttle and this one only would go 5 miles from the hotel, which was basically nothing and when we did want to take it to a one of the 2 restaurants it would take us to, we had to wait 30 mins since it wasn’t running at that time.

Pros: Large rooms, friendly staff. Cons: Old dirty furniture, bar was out of things and didn't seam to care. Didn't pick up room and replace towels unless you asked. Too pricey for the quality of the establishment.

If you choose this hotel you must lower your standards on the quality of room, amenities, cleanliness of the facility in general. If you take into account that this is a major hotel chain in a sea of hotels you might want to fish elsewhere. The cleanliness of the room was lacking of care and attention to detail with stains on the carpeting, furniture, bedding , and hallways were dirty with stains and holes in the walls. Paid Friday night rate for a two star hotel chain quality. When arrived in room, TV would not work and was only given two towels for four people. Front desk staff stated that they “can’t fix the TV and towels were being laundered” at 10 o’clock at night. I would recommend checking other locations before deciding on this particular Springhill.
