Got a complaint at 6:30 pm that we were too loud. My kids were not doing any running or yelling. It ruined the rest of our night because we had to worry about any noise we made. I would not recommend for familys.

We chose this hotel because of its proximity to the freeway for our trip and we try to look for Hampton Inns on our trips because of the consistent level of quality and service that we've experienced (with one exception in the Boston area). Hotel is really nice. Staff good. Only issue I had, was my room shower not functioning properly. And another thing, lobby was really crowded during breakfast hour, hard to find seats during breakfast hours. That explains the guest loves breakfast and breakfast area. I would suggest to have extra breakfast table when ever you have full house. ;)

This is our first stay at a Hampton Inn...we've stayed at the full service Hilton hotels before. The customer service at this hotel was impeccable. The rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, the hotel was clean!! Hot Food it was great, fresh hot coffee and complimentary bottled water. Plenty of free parking, although the Wi-Fi was not great at all...overall...

A great experience from check in to check out. Easy peasy and room was clean, comfortable and affordable. The pool was warm and Hot tub was hot! Breakfast had great choices, especially the fresh fruit bowl. The option of free water bottles in the foyer was a nice touch along with the evening cookies. My mom and I had a nice stay. We just needed a little respite from stresses at home and we chose the Hampton solely because of the jacuzzi. we stayed here for our daughters dance competition nearby...the hotel was very clean ...seemed updated...and the staff was amazing and very helpful and friendly.they have a wonderful breakfast<which is wonderful with two very busy dancers> and their parents...i loved the clean room...this hotel is excellent! thanku.also we requested a microwave in our room and it was n problem!

Hotel seemed a little outdated compared to other Hamptons and had extremely low shower pressure in 2 separate rooms. Contacted guest services and switched to other room to only find that the other room had low pressure of water too.
