Our room (303) smelled of cigarette smoke so bad that it came home with us on all of our clothing. The room had not been properly cleaned- there was garbage literally stuck on the door like a sticker & a tobacco chew container on the floor, meaning it definitely wasn't vacuumed.…
We stayed two nights in this downtown hotel. Service was good, the room was clean and well appointed. Complementary breakfast included eggs and sausage, biscuits and gravy. The only down-side was the street noise. Ask for as room on the West side.

Stayed here during a BMW Motorcycle Rally at the fairgrounds and it was the next best thing to staying on the grounds! Had a great King suite with alcove with couch. TV console was very close to end of bed & could have room could have been arranged to allow more room around…
"Beds are full size not queen, and one side lines a busy street"
"Rooms on street side (East) are noisy. Ask for a room on the parking lot side (West)."
"King room has nice sitting area & pull out couch."
"Our experience lately is if you ask for ground floor you may be a loooong way from desk. If there is an elevator 2nd story may be better."
"There aren't any good rooms"
