I will start by saying that there is something about the atmosphere in this place. Something magical, something mystical, something that you can barely find nowadays when you travel around the world. Simple menu in the restaurant, but no matter what you order - it is sooooo delicious. When the sunset approaches, Tal and Tomer take control of the DJ...

We flew in from the states for five days and it was exactly what we wished for. Very nice clean and comfortable hotel. Service is great at the restaurant and the vibe close to sunset time by the bar was amazing!!!

I was there for a relaxing trip by myself and while the main purpose was to get some nice and peaceful rest, it didn't really go that well starting with the fact that the first morning there were people cutting the trees downstairs around 7:40am and woke me up. The second morning there was a very loud noise at 7am...

Overall we had a good experience. It's definitely a great spot if you're looking to surf. There's not too much around the area as it seems to be a newly developing area. Other than more hotels and a couple restaurants it's mostly just the beach. Weekends can be quite busy however as they have a live DJ and dancing. The...

Extremely unfriendly staff except for Roberto in reception who was very helpful. Very expensive. Very slow service. Be careful walking on the ramp into the above ground pool as it can be slippery. Stay else where.

Great upscale rustic resort right on Playa Venao. We arrived on the weekend and the place was rocking. DJ on the beach in a sweet spot with bean bag type lounging pillows and loud bass latin music which was perfect as the sunset. We were thinking all the action was a bit much by about 10:30PM but a couple more...

We just left El Sitio after a 10 day stay. We had the most amazing, relaxing, fun family time (family of 5 – kids ages 5,12,13). First, the place is so beautiful and relaxing – all open to the gorgeous view of the ocean. There was a lot to do in the resort and in the close surrounding area. Second,...

The restaurant is pretty overrated and very expensive (2 egg or bacon = $2 - $4), breakfast was good but dinner time we had the worst pizza ever. It was a great place, lovely! My wife and I chose a room called Oria. Great room, great bed, the infrastructure is VERY GOOD! But we had a few issues. We did...
