This is a very nice Hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They have a nice breakfast. When we left, the lady at the desk gave my wife 2 travel goodie bags containing bottled water, fruit and snacks.

Had a reservation and as sometimes happens. Was not able to honor the reservation. So tried to cancel and was told no can do. Was charge for one night. Other chains Handle business travelers differently. So guess this Hampton is starving for business
