Handy for our new house project and hope to stay again. Comfortable, lovely room. Friendly host. Will stay here again. What more can I say? It's a lovely place but 200 words is a ridiculous number of words to say excellent.

Thank you for your review, it's very much appreciated. It's been a pleasure having you stay as you watch your new home being built. We noticed today that the scaffold is down and it's looking stunning! Hopefully see you again very soon. Meryl & Steve.

We love the Suffolk/Norfolk border and have visited a variety of different places over the years. Breaking with traditional Self-catering this year we found the B&B on t'net and found our way here in early August. Lovely room, en-suite shower, clean, tastefully decorated and an enormous bed! The 2 armchairs were a nice touch, great for a relaxing sit down...
